Hi Valdo, from the Germany of wurstels and beer, what could arrive except the killer cucumber, ‘cause it certainly couldn’t be the killer sausage. While reading and re-reading you furiously, I’ve entered into the stream of your thoughts, and it really feels great, like having put an extra pair of glasses on.

ENOUGH ABOUT VEGETABLES: AFTER ALL WE ARE NOT RABBITS

Now really everything comes to mind. A brand new piloted pandemic? Animal or human excrement (other than Escherichia Coli) on vegetables? After 20 years of Mad Cows, Killer Chickens, and Plagued Pigs, we should’ve expected the authors of asphyxial meat marketing to again go on the counterattack. “Enough of these cursed vegetables which are really getting on our nerves at Codex, with our plans to support McDonald’s, Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken”. This, and more, must be going on behind the scenes.

IT ALREADY SEEMS THAT THE CUCUMBER IS COMPLETELY INNOCENT

But this evening, reading the Rome Messaggero online, it already seems that the cucumber has nothing to do with it. Experts at the WHO have said ”We can’t understand what we’re dealing with or where it comes from”. Is it the Fukushima radiation? An invasion of ultra-bodies penetrating the cucumbers? Or a new edition of the Black Death? As a precautionary measure, I went and bought a whole crate of cucumbers, and found them to be even better than before! And seeing they were there, I added a kilo of prunes, half a kilo of strawberries and some nectarines. Then, together with my Punjabi workmate Git Singh, we went to the local game park, gave them a little wash in the drinking fountain, rigorously devoid of amuchina (a popular Italian disinfectant) and literally filled our bellies.

And what if, as you say, it’s all really caused by over-heated digestion, the disgusting junk that the Krauts eat, and the bootfuls of beer that dilate their intestines and screw up their immune system? Already I imagine your next article on the new, frightening, terrorizing argument. I bet 10 to 1 that the United TV news will again pull out the usual old archived scenes, except the people walking around with masks will no longer be Asians in Tokyo, Beijing and Hong Kong, but residents of Munich and Berlin, etc., and no longer filmed at Oktoberfest-style celebrations, but instead with the mournful, spectral airs typical of horror movies. THE IMBECILITY OF DEMONIZING AN INNOCENT CUCUMBER

Hi Camillo, greetings to you and to the dozens of others who have sent similar messages. Common people, but also artists, painters and musicians. Demonizing a cucumber, be it Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch, is something that doesn’t go down, and it stinks too much of burning. After I heard the news, I thought it was simply unnecessary to comment on something so crazy, irresponsible and misleading. But at this point I believe that a comment in line with the gravity of what’s boiling in the pot is necessary.

CLAMOROUS BACK-TRACKING AFTER THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

In the last few hours the cucumber and, with it, all the fruit and vegetables have been assaulted definitively, as was logically expected. The blow, not only to Spanish agriculture, but to that of all Mediterranean countries, has been enormous, with prices in free fall and a frightening drop in sales. And from today Russia has stopped all imports, even from Italy. Zapatero is asking for huge compensation from the German authorities in Hamburg, for the incalculable damage. And if McDonald’s, fuller than ever, is laughing, it’s because the image of the poisoned cucumber will not be easy to wipe out, and months, if not years, will be needed to unmask the swindle.

A GARDEN PRODUCT, LOVED SINCE ANTIQUITY

A couple of lines about the cucumber seems obligatory. The “Cucumis sativus” is part of the honoured Cucurbitaceae family, which includes pumpkins, courgettes, melons and watermelons. Originally from northern India, it was cultivated in Egypt, where it was highly prized. Greeks and Romans maintained it was capable of re-awakening intelligence. Emperor Ottaviano Augusto used only cucumbers to quench his burning thirst and Tiberio never renounced a plate of fresh cucumbers at any meal.

A TASTY, THIRST-QUENCING FRUIT, PRECIOUS IN DIABETES AND NEPHRITIS

It is a tasty and appetizing fruit, rich not only in organic water and organic mineral salts, but in cellulose, and for this not always easy to digest. They belong to the great family of the encagers and the encaged, of the terrorists and the terrorized, in a kind of knot, an insoluble paradoxical marriage between paid killers and their victims, the dupers and the duped, the sodomizers and the sodomized.

PLAGUE SPREADERS AND CORPSE GATHERERS ARE ALWAYS IN FASHION

How does one, in fact, control all the televisions and then allow despicable vegetarians and a handful of dilapidated vegan raw food eaters to steal your market? Just launch any hoax, just cry “Wolf, Wolf!”, “Aids, Aids!”, “The cucumber, the cucumber!” and the game is over! The market reacts! Do lies have short legs? We’ll lengthen them, we’ll cause confusion, we’ll postpone the discovery! A lie repeated 100 times first becomes an encrusted truth, then an authentic national dogma, institutionalized, legalized, and printable even in primary school, high school and university text books.

IT’S IMPORTANT TO MUDDY THE WATER

And if after 20 or 30 years it’s discovered that it was all a hoax? Who cares! What’s important is to muddy the water and frighten the people. What’s important is to modify market tendencies in favour of those who pay us really big bucks, like Smithfield, Monsanto, Cremonini, McDonald’s, Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline, and not in favour of miserable, penniless Hispanic, Italian, Greek or third World farmers.

THE MORE THEY PASTEURIZED, THE MORE THEY DIED

The phenomenon of demonizing raw fruit and vegetables is by no means something new. A hundred years ago, when pasteurization was the rage, shiploads of cabbages were destroyed in general markets in New York. The most courageous took home a cabbage and a bottle of milk, only to boil them at high temperature in a destructive frenzy against the treacherous foods of nature, accused of producing all the wickedness and the century-old epidemics of those days. The more they cooked the food, the more they destroyed the already scarce vitamins; the more they pasteurized, the more people fell to the ground, the more they cooked and the more they died.

NATURAL VITAMINS, THE BACKBONE OF RAW FOOD, HAD NOT YET BEEN IDENTIFIED

Sailing ships left with 200 men as crew, and arrived in America with 50, having thrown to the sharks more than half of the wretched galley slaves. But the situation with citizens on land was not at all better. They died like flies amidst a state of general panic. The hunt for the bacteria, the virus, the phantom of the moment, was more than ever in vogue. Kaziemerk Funk, a Polish American chemist, had not yet conceptually identified vitamins, the main central beam of raw food-ism.

SCURVY? NO INFECTIVE VIRUS, BUT A LACK OF VITAMIN C

Today we know that scurvy is vitamin C avitaminosis C , a disease provoked by the lack of vitamin C. It starts with bleeding gums, proceeds to oedema of the limbs, anaemia, dementia and death. James Lind, the English naval doctor cured the scurvy victims and published his results in one of his books in 1753, but he was not believed by anyone in the British medical community, which waited another 40 years before recognizing their validity. During a voyage in 1769, a famous English navigator, James Cook, also independently discovered that fresh vegetables and citrus fruit were needed to cure the disease. It was only in 1795 that lemon juice was finally, as a rule, added to the sailors’ diet.

BERIBERI? NO INFECRIVE VIRUS, BUT LACK OF VITAMIN B1

Beriberi, another fatal disease, is due to the lack of vitamin B1 or thiamine. Vitamin B1 is indispensable for utilizing glucose which is the source of energy for nerves and for hair. It is easy to remain without it as it cannot be stored, and there are no reserves. As with B3, B1 is destroyed by alcohol, caffeine, smoking, sugar and cooked food. Beriberi mowed down entire populations for centuries. It brought about fever, diarrhea, stress, exhaustion, loss of appetite, irritability, emotional and mental instability, dermatitis, pellagra and a tottering gait. The first to understand its true causes was the Japanese doctor Kinehiro Takaki, who successfully cured it by modifying sailors’ diets in 1885. He published his research in the British magazine The Lancet. Rather than recognizing that the cause of beriberi was due to a bad diet, the scientific community reacted by mocking and jeering at him.

THE AIDS OF THE ITALIAN IMMIGRANTS IN AMERICA

Pellagra was the most devastating of all the diseases caused by vitamin deficiencies. The skin became rough and scaled off, with horrible reddish patches, weight loss and diarrhea, neuro-logical manifestations and death. In those days the word Aids didn’t exist, otherwise America would have called it Italian Aids, brought to America by the immigrants who arrived in droves. It was the disease of poverty, over-cooked polenta and ignorance.

PELLAGRA? NO INFECTIVE VIRUS, BUT LACK OF VITAMIN B3

Today we know that it means a banal deficiency of niacin, or B3 or PP (pellagra preventative), fundamental for peripheral and capillary circulation, for the nervous system, for healthy digestion, for good hair metabolism, for beautiful skin, powerful muscles, and the synthesis of sexual hormones. We know that it is destroyed by alcohol, smoking, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, industrial sugar, coffee, salt, and cooked food. We also know that it is found in sesame seeds, black rice, wheat germ, almonds, dates and red chilies.

A POOR MONKEY DIED OF FRIGHT

In 1791, the German doctor Titius had already defined pellagra as infective. The Italian Maiocchi was the first to isolate a bacterium from deteriorated maize in 1881. Other Italian doctors discovered new bacteria – Carraroli in 1886 and Ceni in 1904. Tizzoni, another Italian doctor, affirmed in 1906 that no doubts remained, pellagra was a bacterial disease caused by the bacteria that he himself had isolated. He even inoculated a poor monkey, who surely died of fright. A diagnosis of pellagra meant ostracism and condemnation of being a “monatto” (corpse gatherer) for you and your whole family, if not for the whole street or even the entire village in which you lived. Hospitals refused to accept you. Doctors wouldn’t visit you.

JOSEPH GOLDBERGER HAD BEEN CURING PELLAGRA FOR YEARS, WITH SIMPLE DIETARY ADJUSTEMENTS

And yet there was an American military doctor, Joseph Goldberger, who had been curing pellagra for years simply by changing the diet in orphanages, in hospitals and in prisons. But doctors were fixated with the bacteriological hypothesis. The toxicological hypothesis was not palatable to them. In order to convince his colleagues, Goldberger would arrive and inject himself, his wife and his children with blood samples of patients ill with pellagra, to demon-strate that it wasn’t at all contagious. But he was ignored, taunted, and jeered at until his death in 1929. The discovery of vitamin B1 happened, like a mockery, just a few years later.

THE DEFEAT OF LOUIS PASTEUR, THE PILLAR OF MODERNE MEDICINE

Many things were learnt with vitamins. Finally it was understood that Antoine Béchamp, Claude Bernard and Max Pettenkofer were right, and that Louis Pasteur had fiddled with the cards. Finally they learnt the meaning of the phrase “The terrain is everything. The microbe is nothing”, which Pasteur himself pronounced just before his final gasp. Except, all this would not be enough to ward off the other pestilences that were still to come, natural or invented as they may have been.

SPANISH FLU, SMON AND AIDS

It wasn’t enough for the Spanish flu, whose cause was certainly not the phantom Iberian virus, nor even DDT, rather it was the hardships of hunger and cold and war and above all the unrestrained use of aspirin to lower the fevers of soldiers and citizens (see my article “Aspen-spirain and its lethal effects on the Spanish pneumonia” of 20/2/10). It was not enough for the Smon (or Japanese Aids) caused by the use of diuretics contained in Clioquinol a product of the Ciba-Geigy group. It was not enough for Aids, whose cause (the phantom Hiv) doesn’t exist because not even Aids itself exists; what does exist is an illness created at a desk at the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) to squeeze money out of the American government and fill up the empty coffers of the US Health Department.

A MERCANTILE OPERATION FOR A NON-EXISTENT DISEASE

So much so that the indecorous Aids farce, the enormous Aids hoax, continues to be kept going with a thousand crutches because it still makes money as an export product (China, Vietnam and India). Invented diseases, invented patients, invented doctors, invented tests, invented remedies. Only one thing is true and real – an ocean of money into Bill Clinton’s and Billy Gates’s Aids Foundations, and a load of suicides in the world, who are the only ones who really died of Aids, other than those ‘cured’ with the Azt from the Glaxo group. As has been specified in dozens of papers written on this argument, people exhausted by malaria, by malnutrition, by suffering, by tribal persecution, by deprivation (zero fruit, zero vegetables, lots of McDonald’s) by insomnia, and by alcohol and drug abuse, more than sex, have been collected together in a vast category even bearing one great label, “Aids”.

AIDS DOESN’T EXIST, AND EVEN IF IT DID, WOULDN’T BE CONTAGIOUS

Thousands of researchers in every country have gesticulated day and night for 30 years without extracting a spider from the hole. They have even taken American soldiers, voluntary and paid, to spend a week having a great time amongst the voluptuous Aids-catalogued Japanese prostitutes, without protection, without barriers and without limits. Zero contagion. They have taken husbands with Aids and healthy wives and made them copulate for months without condoms. Zero contagion. Hiv doesn’t exist and doesn’t cause Aids. Aids is not sexually transmitted. Not Aids itself, but Azt, the anti-Aids drug, aggravates sick people’s weakness and kills them.

THE CLAMOROUS CONVERSION OF LUC MONTAGNIER

Aids is a state of being and not a specific disease. Do you not eat properly, not drink properly, not sleep properly, not breathe properly, do you have sexual demands which prefer partners and methods which are as unnatural as possible? It’s simply logical that the immune system ends up jilting you. But the paradox is not reading all this in the declarations of the greatest micro-biologist in the world, Peter Duesberg, professor of molecular and cellular biology at Berkley University in California (http://www.duesberg.com), but today hearing exactly the same thing from Luc Montagnier, Nobel prize winner for medicine for his studies on Aids, who for years was the favourite target of the Duesberg clan’s criticism.

THE SHAMELESS TERRORISM OF THE PAPILLOMA VIRUS

Understanding many things about viruses and bacteria wasn’t enough. Observing dozens of great scholars like Thomas Powell, Joseph Goldberger, or like Max Pettenkofer, emeritus professor in Vienna, swallowing cups of cholera and other disgusting microbes to demonstrate that no contagion exists, was completely useless. It was not enough to save women with the HPV virus (the human papilloma virus, pulled out of the hat of prestigious virologists in the 60s) from the horrible treatment that was reserved for them.

THE FRAUDOLENT SUBDIVISION OF HERPES INTO VAGINAL AND LABIAL

A variety of microbes were wrongly held responsible for sexual diseases, such as syphilis, gonorrhea, and others, which were then believed to be sexually transmitted. Mycoplasmas, protozoa, chlamydia, candida, trichomonas, pseudomonas and also others. But that which attracted the most attention from virologists was the EBV, or the Epstein-Barr virus, the herpes simplex virus. Statistically it was found that women affected with cancer of the cervix or of the neck of the uterus, tended to have more sexual intercourse than the others. This data was too delicious a mouthful for epidemiologists to let it escape them. So they decided to make an artificial and bogus distinction between Herpes I (labial) from Herpes II (vaginal). Today we know that HBV, whether it consists of cutaneous symptoms or a tumour, is not contagious. We also know that it is not dependent on sexual relations, seeing that it is also found in girls who are virgins.

THE HEPATITIS B VIRUS, OR TOO MUCH PORK AND ALCOHOL

Every virus makes for an interesting story. The hepatitis B virus, connected to liver cancer, is another pearl of modern medicine. The cause of all hepatites, and of every hepatic infection, is ever and only to be sought in the consumption of meat and fats, other than in alcoholic and nervine beverages, as transparent researchers know only too well. But the little soldiers of the regime, those connected to the memories of Nixon’s war on cancer, are truly indestructible, they don’t give up easily.

A CLUMSY REGURGITATION OF THE LOW-CARB DIETS

The reappearance of various versions of the low-carbohydrate diet, such as the Lemme, the Dunkan and others, is a signal of a carnivorous counteroffensive which is unscientific, heartless, mindless and soulless. A counteroffensive based only on an avalanche of dirty money they want to be reinvested. “A low-carb diet is a low-nutrition diet!” admonished even the AMA (American Medical Association).

THE 1997 GREATEST EXPERIMENT ON ANTI-CANCER FOOD

Those who follow Atkins, really follow him to an early grave, becoming candidates for cancer, heart disease and renal failure. Eating meat brings about a 300% increase in colon cancer, with respect to vegans. The biggest planetary experiment in history on the anti-cancer diet, was published by the AMA (American Medical Association) in 1997. An experiment that lasted 4 years, involving 4,500 tests realized by an equal number of researchers from various countries.

THE UNEQUIVOCAL VEGAN INDICATIONS OT THE AMA

The outcome of the experiment is expressed totally in one fundamental sentence: “Choose a plant-based diet, rich in varieties of fruits and raw vegetables, with copious amounts of nuts, cereals and legumes, and a minimum of processed starchy foods”. In other words, the exact opposite of the Atkins, the Zone, the Blood Group, the South Beach, the Mediterranean, the Montignac, the Ortho-molecular, the Lemme and the Dunkan diets.

THE CEO’S OF MCDONALD’S ARE NOT SETTING GOOD EXAMPLES

It is not by chance that the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of McDonald’s died of a heart attack in 2004, and that the newly appointed CEO was in the operating theatre 16 days later, for colon/rectal cancer. And we are talking about 40-year-olds. We don’t wish anybody ill, not even the directors of McDonald’s. They are human beings, even though they are not exactly involved with constructive activity that we approve of. However, this is data that should make us stop and reflect.

KETOTIC FOOD MEANS POISONED FOOD

Edward H. Rynearson, emeritus professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, defined the Atkins diet as deceitful, misleading and dangerous. We burn fat continuously, using the indispensable flame of carbohydrates. But whenever the carbohydrates run out, the body has no other choice than ketotic food, where fats are burned in an inefficient manner, producing toxic waste products such as acetone (expelled via the lungs, with an odour of rotten apples) and ketones (expelled in the urine smelling of ammonia). In order to wash these toxic products out of the body, the body uses its own internal water resources and expels litres and litres of water in the first week of the diet, encouraging the person to continue, thereby aggravating the poisoning and the chetosis. Rather than losing weight in this foolish (and temporary) way, it would be better to resort to the sauna, another method not exactly recommendable.

NO ORANGE JUICE BUT 65 VITAMINS IN YOUR POCKET

Before dying in 2004, Atkins had realized that the figures weren’t adding up and that his diet lacked too many nutrients. Not by chance did he use to prescribe no less than 65 different supplements to cover the faults created by his bizarre concept of nutrition. “Who on earth needs vulgar orange juice when we have a convenient avalanche of synthetic vitamin C pills at our disposal?” was something he said on television. Atkins surely realized the dream of his life. That of becoming a billionaire speculating on the ignorance of the American and non-American population.

NOTHING REVOLUTIONARY, JUST COPYING BANKRUPT PAST EXPERIENCE

“The reality is that Dr Atkins knew as much about nutrition as a pig in Arkansas knows about astronomy”, wrote Dr Michael Gregar in one of his excellent close critical examinations. There is nothing new or revolutionary in the “Dr Atkins Diet Revolution”, so dear to Dr. Giorgio Calabrese and the Italian agri-food business and to the daily television programmes “Gusto” (Taste) and “Cotto e Mangiato” (Cooked and Eaten). The same ideas are expressed by William Banting in his “Letter on corpulence” in 1864, and later in the text “Calories don’t count” by Dr. Herman Taller, in 1960. In that period another star appeared, Dr Irwin Stillman, author of “Doctor’s Quick Weight Loss Diet”, where they only approved of meat, eggs and cheese.

SERIOUS DEFICIENCIES IN CARNIVOROUS THOUGHT

Stillman died of a heart attack, but not before ruining 20 million people just in America. All the theoretical structure behind low-carb diets like the Atkins, the Zone and the Mediterranean, revolve around the false notion that the root of all evil is the limited amount of insulin that each of us has for counteracting carbohydrates. What escapes these dieticians is the fact that proteins and fats can also induce the secretion of insulin. However, what escapes them even more is that the human machine is designed for a fuel called carbohydrate, which is able to be burnt best with the right and balanced low level of protein that one finds in fruit and vegetables!

THE NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATIONS CONCORD WITH VEGANISM

Wisdom was never lacking in America, notwithstanding the siege of the maxi-slaughterhouses. The Scientific American Review in 1892 had an editorial explicitly entitled “Cancer is most frequent when carnivorous habits prevail” If we then also consider the “Recommendation number one” of the various American authorities, we discover something wonderful. Recommendation No. 1 of the American Institute for Cancer Research: PLANT BASED DIETS! Recommendation No. 1 of the World Cancer Research Fund: PLANT BASED DIETS! Recommendation No. 1 of the National Cancer Institute: PLANT BASED DIETS! Recommendation No. 1 of the WHO and FAO: MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES! Recommendation No. 1 of the American Cancer Society: MORE VEGGIES AND LESS MEAT!

THE ABSOLUTE DANGER OF THE LOW-CARB DIETS

There is no need to comment on these recommendations as they are clear and unequivocal. Low-carbohydrate diets can be extremely risky as they have a dramatic impact on the kidneys, producing scar tissue and provoking kidney stones and renal insufficiency.

IF WE WERE CLEVER

Dr. Theodor Steinman, nephrologist and senior doctor at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre, expressed himself meaningfully: “If we were smart, we would all be vegetarians”. But even all this is not enough, as we can see with our own eyes, unless of course someone has laid slices of salami over them. What is enough is a healthy cucumber accused of being rotten, in order to invent a new pandemic. If the blame doesn’t belong to the cucumbers, it belongs to something else or someone else. The virus hunters have always constituted a closed medical caste, powerful and exclusive. A caste who have dominated bio-medical research for decades, thanks to the moral and financial support of Big Pharma.

Human beings and their attempts at health face a continual attack. The majority of doctors are starting to understand that many things just don’t add up, and that something is completely out of tune. They are starting to understand that the presence of a bacterium or of a fragment of a cell, called a virus in a disease, does not at all mean pathological responsibility, but only the logical consequence of the disease itself. They are understanding that Béchamp was right. They are understanding that all infective diseases and all pandemics are authentic farces. But if they open their mouths, they will be erased from the Order, and find themselves on the pavement.
