FROM THE VEGAN ASSOCIATION TO A CORNER OF NATURAL PARADISE

With fatigue, courage, pleasure and determination we are together in this incredible angle of Lantau Island, guests of a rare and magnificent lady who has generously opened her residence to our cultural and ecological initiative. Thanks to Jenny, and a greeting to all of you.

Last week we were at the Hongkong Vegan Association, where we have appreciated also the delicacies of the vegan kitchen, with a delicious chef as Natalie Lau. The menu included light and tasty foods which have really conquered us: celery salad, marinated cold cucumber, braised bamboo shoot, mix vegetable rolls, marinated cold bean pastry, eggplant in special sauce, spicy bean starch vermicelli, chinese cabbage with seitan, mixed fruits with veggie nugget, shredded potato fried with colourful veggies, stewed fresh mushroom and vegetables, stir fried tofu puff with sprouts.

We can only be grateful to the organizers, to Shara Ng, to Tevinny Liu, to dr Fok, ad to the many friends known in such important meeting.

A WILD ANGLE CALLED ARK EDEN

Today we are in an extremely different place. Half hour of ferry from Central to Lantau, plus anothore 30 minutes of climbing uphill along the woods, have been really worthwhile. We have discovered an unexpected and ignored area of Hongkong, and a way of life brave and totally alternative.

Being here, with fruit and wild berries pending from above, with vegetables grown here and there, with five friendly dogs and a funny sleepyhead pig, is really exciting.

CHINESE EAT ANYTHING WHICH MOVES

Why promoting with emphasis a vegan style of life in this area of the world?

Aren’t we losing our time? We are after all in full Chinese territory.

“The Chinese will always eat anything which has a motion”, I was told many years ago by Sunny Yong, a Chinese friend from Singapore, ridiculing my attempt to stop his meat-eating.

“The ant, the worm and the crab move? We eat them. The snake creeps around? We eat it. The birds fly? We eat them. The frogs jump? We eat them as well. We are like cats. We feel excited by movement and life, and we love capturing them”.

IF THE WEST HAS PITAGORA AND LEONARDO, CHINA HAS GOT TOO GREAT MASTERS

Not all Chinese are like that. We had lunch regularly at Loving Hut vegan restaurant at 256 of Hennessy Road in Wanchai, and the number of people coming there is astonishing.

We do not think at all that Chinese race is destined to chew forever crabs, scorpions and snakes.

If we boast about Pythagoras and Leonardo, China can be proud of great masters as well.

CONFUCIUS, MENCIUS AND LIEN CHIH

“The true nobleness comes not from your noble blood, but rather from noble soul”.

“First thing comes the people, second the state, and then at last comes the emperor”.

These aphorisms are telling us a lot about who was Confucius or Kung-Fu Tze (551-479 BC).

“If you see it alive, then you cannot afford to see it being killed and die”.

“The great man is the one who does not lose his kid-heart”.

The author of such sensitive words is Mencius or Meng Tzu (370-289 BC), other philosopher of the ancient China.

“In this world nobody can reach the top of cruelty, atrocity and obscenity of a human who kills and eats his neighbour, no matter if man or animal”, comes from Lien Chih (thousand years ago), a Taoist master of the Buddhist sect Pure Land, which included Hui Yuan (334-416), Tan Luan (476-542), Tzu Min (680-748), Tao Chao (562-645) and Shan Tao (613-681).

A VEHEMENT VEGAN WAVE IS ABOUT STRUCKING ASIA

Think twice then before painting Chinese as eaters of revolting and filthy things as cadaverins and corpses, or as a race big in quantity but scarce in spiritual qualities.

These are only prejudices and labels from misinformed people with the bad habit of denigrating.

Crazy eaters of crabs and scorpions can be found here in China as well as in Italy and Europe.

One of the most outstanding voices in Asia today is the one of Ching Hai, supreme master of veganism.

Her good example is followed by crowds of young people.

It’s a honour for me giving a small contribution to the vegan wave which is going to struck Asia continent.

A CHICK AND A CALF, TWO NEWBORN PETS

I am showing you some pictures taken from a book of Bruna D’Aguì, a gentle woman from Rome who is devoting her life to the animalistic cause.

The first picture is showing a white chick, near an egg.

“I am only a chick, but I have the dignity of a person. I am born on my own. I am not your food at all”, that’s the meaning of its “Peeo, peeo”.

The second one shows us a calf just born a couple of days before. “I am a calf. They have robbed my mother and my milk. I feel lonely and desperate. They are going to kill me and I’ll fall down on my knees, crying and crying. What will you to for me?”

A third picture does not exist, but we can imagine it showing a crab or a shrimp, or a tuna, or a whale, all respectable inhabitants of the sea.

These pictures should give us some idea. They should transform us right away in rigorous and convinced vegans.

THE KILLING IS GOING ON AT DREADFUL RHYTHMS

Also because, don’t forget, 7000 creatures, small and big, are killed at the struck of each single second.

“Tac, tac, tac, tac, tac”, 5 seconds only and we are already at 35000 victims. This happen non-stop, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including the Eastern and the Xmas holidays.

While we are here safe and in peace, protected in this quiet Hongkong hideout, the horrible massacre goes on.

Furred and plumed children, innocent four-leg kids, trembling and confused in front of an executioner ready to take away their life, the only thing they have.

But it seems that even all that is not enough.

DO YOU NEED FURTHER REASONS?

Probably you need further reasons to stop with fish, meat, cheese, milk and eggs.

You look like having the suspect that, without animal proteins, is not possible to stay well and in full health.

Let’s search for some other convincing subjects then.

Human body is in realty a vegan-fruitarian body. The external shapes and the internal biologic mechanisms are confirming that.

How to prove it? Let’s try to do it in 10 points.

TEN FUNDAMENTAL POINTS TO PROVE THAT OUR BODY IS VEGAN, INDEPENDENTLY FROM WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY EATING

Point 1. Human blood is alkaline, and cannot move out from a pH between 7.30 and 7.50 in the acid-alkaline scale, while meat-eating animals have all an acid blood below point 7.00.

Point 2. Humans haven’t got any uricase enzyme capable of breaking up the uric acid of coffee, tea and colas, and most of all the uric acid of meat (28 grams per kg) and fish (30 grams per kg).

Point 3. Le immune reaction to animal proteins and cooked food in our body is called leucocytosis and it is sparked off at any meat-food introduced, bringing the normal 6000 units per mm3 of blood up to 18-22000 leucocytes per mm3, as demonstrated by the experiments of Paul Kouchakoff asl the first Congress od Microbiology of Paris in 1930.

Point 4. Human body needs a high vibrational force in order to emit the standard level of healthy radiations at 6500 Angstrom, which give to his aura beneficial energy and red colours.

Meat and other cooked and pasteurized foods offer poor and sickening material, much below the health level, with grey, black and X-ray colours, transforming our body in an energy-absorbing trap, in a black hole for anybody approaching us.

Point 5. Human intestine is not adapt for meat, fish and animal proteins.

Too spongy, too narrow, too long, too delicate, too complicated, too many hairpin bends, too many intestinal villis (almost 5 million, and each of them equipped with many small absorbing pages that make at the end an incredible absorbing surface of 400-600 square meters, the equivalent of 2 tennis courts).

Meat, within this kind of pipe, will remain trapped inside for 40 long hours, causing coli-bacter multiplications and putrefactive miasmas which go up damaging the stomach and then all organs located in the head area, including the cerebral area.

Point 6. Human colon works well with an appropriate equilibrium between disbiotic and anaerobic bacteria, and symbiotic, aerobic and saprofitic bacteria (vegetable-derived).

Point 7. Human hands have no claws but just pacific fingers, designed purposely for collecting fruits from the trees.

Point 8. Human skin makes an organ by itself, characterized by 4 million over transpiring pores, and acts not only as a cooling system to maintain the body constantly at 36.7 °C, but also as a second kidney as well as a second lung,

Point 9. Human jaws are mobile and not fix, made then to break almonds, nuts, seeds and cereals, and not to tear off the tissues of other animals.

Human eyes are placed in frontal position and not on the lateral sides, as in the meat hunting animals, constantly looking for new preys.

Point 10. The spirit, the mind and the heart are fundamentally against blood an violence in humans, unless they have been spoiled, perverted and brutalized by malice and wrong practices.

HUMAN FUEL IS NOT THE ONE INDICATED BY LOW CLASS DIETISTS, CONDEMNED BY SCIENCE AND HISTORY

At the end of this decalogue, we realize that our engine is really special, and that also its fuel has got to be special. Which is then the human fuel?

Can it be the one indicated by the rascals of the American diets, such as Atkins (low-carb), Sears (zone), D’Adamo (blood groups), Agatson (South Beach), recommending enormous quantities of fats and proteins, useful only for bone-cutters, grave-diggers and undertakers.

THE FRUITARIAN INDICATION ARRIVES FROM THE HUMAN MILK

Human fuel is the one indicated already by the special milk of our mothers.

A kind of milk that, not casually, has the same composition of orange juice, grape juice and apple juice. The one with a 90% of carbohydrates (glucose), with 4-5% of amino acids, 3-4% of minerals, 1% of fatty acids, and less than 1% of vitamins.

Which is the natural food that, more than any other, comes close to that ideal composition?

The answer is fruit, integrated by raw vegetables, by seeds and cereals, by sprouts and roots. If we feed our machine with proper fuel, disease will be for us a very rare issue.

More the transgressions to such rules, and more the sins will catch up with us.

THE ROTTEN MACDONALDIAN WORLD CONSORTIUM

In other words we have got to realize that we are driving a non-proteic and a non-lipidic machine which works perfectly with a special fuel called “sugar juice naturally mineral-vitaminized”.

It’s obvious that the unbearable nutritional habits prevailing in our devastated society, based on consumerism and on carnivorism, leads to an endless sequence of diseases.

HEAVY DAMAGES CAUSED BY MEAT AND SEAFOOD TO HUMAN BODY

Meat and animal fats are already in precarious conditions, in advanced state of putrefaction, already when they are available on the market, no matter how masked are their real conditions, thanks to salts, antimicrobics, preservatives and coolers.

Canalized then in a human stomach which has very little chloride to break up the protein shell and free the amino acids (humans have got 20 times less acid than cats and dogs), meat spreads in the intestine putrefactive material which goes poisoning the entire organism. As a consequence, the food absorption is compromised, the metabolism has a slow down, the cells are hungry, and the intestinal miasmas come up from the colon and provoke gastritis in the stomach, before ending to the head, causing migraines, otitis, rhinitis, conjunctivitis. When they reach the cerebral area, the damages are reserved to the endocrine network and to the neurological system, with hormone troubles, autoimmune disease (sclerosis, autism, lupus, etc) and mental diseases.

MEAT IS CAUSE OF CELLULAR HUNGER, OF WATER RETENTION, AND OF STICKY BLOOD

Meat is causing cellular hunger and the caloric sensors are pushed to search for starch and sugar compensations. Sugar and starch creates lacks of organic sodium (the good sodium of celery, of cabbage, of rocket and watercress). This sodium scarcity brings the body towards parmesan, sauces, cooked and salted foods (based on inorganic sodium anyhow).

At the end, the 40 litres water of our body, including the 6 litres of blood and lymphatic material, assume a wrong and distorted formula which implies water retention, nerve weakness, irritations called “itis” (gastritis, colitis, hepatitis, meningitis, etc) and all the complications which lead to killer pathologies as strokes and cancers.

THE FIRST THING TO DO IS TO TURN OFF THE TAP

Humans go on misunderstanding the mechanisms of disease, and keep looking for the special food, for the special remedy, for the super-drug, the super-vaccine, the super-integrator and the super-surgeon.

Everybody is eagerly anxious to be put again into full efficiency.

The solution is quite simple.

Stopping the poisons is the first step, and this means minimizing the use of junk-food, banning all animal proteins, almost all cooked foods, all sugars and cakes, all colas and coffees, all synthetic vitamins and integrators, all drugs and vaccines.

The second step is rebuilding the breathing system on new basis, and improving the skin transpiration through solar exposition and aerobic exercise.

The third step is to bring the consume of fruit and raw vegetables at the top level.

AIR, WATER, LIGHT AND SUN

Only plants, equipped with leaf apparatus similar to solar panels, are capable to capture the light, the calories and the electromagnetic force of our Sun, depositing them in its sprouts, its flowers, its seeds, its roots and its fruits. That’s why a diet based on fruit and raw vegetables is able to supply us with solar food operating at atomic level.

But we should never underestimate fresh air, solar light, animalistic innocence, positive thinking and the other values completing the mosaic.

THE CASEO-CARNIVORISM AS HUMAN CHEATING AT PLANETARY LEVEL

There is a general and well-known lack of calcium, of sodium, of magnesium, of potassium and of boron among people, and this lack is meant for the organic minerals obviously, as in the inorganic version we have got too much of them with excess of calcifications and stones.

And there is also a chronic lack of sun and of natural vitamin D, which works in symbiotic association with calcium.

Here then explained the great importance of air baths, of water baths (particularly in sea water), of sun baths, in order to stimulate all endocrine glands, hypophysis, epiphysis, thyroid, thymus, Langerhans (alfa and beta pancreatic cells), adrenals and gonads.

What is instead the caseo-carnivorism if not a miserable process of systemic cheating of the world population, where humans are persuaded and deceived to find, in meat and fish, the calcium, the zinc, the iron, the Omega3, the so called noble proteins and the physical power, while they will always find acidification, osteoporosis, arthritis, rectocolitis, sclerosis, diabetes and dialysis?

MEAT, FISH AND DAIRY, THAT IS OBSTRUCTION AND DEVITALIZATION

Are you looking for proofs and demonstrations? We have got plenty of them.

Among the others, comes to my mind the simple and meaningful formula of dr Arnold Ehret, where

V (vitality) = P (power) – O (Obstruction).

It is clear that, if we wish to maintain our vitality and our power at the maximum levels (100%), we have got to reduce at zero level the dead weight of obstruction, in order to obtain V = 100 – 0, that is vitality equal to 100%.

But what is it the obstruction if not the wrong food and the difficult digestions, first cause of our lipotoxic blood?

CONSUMING LAND AND WATER CORPSES IS A RECKLESS ACT

In reality, the game of health and disease is played all in the right mineral-vitamine natural supply and in arranging a good absorption at intestinal level, keeping all our villis clean and receptive, avoiding that the 2 tennis courts become a small room of few square meters, as when we drink a glass of milk or we assume dairy products in various forms as milk chocolates, milk ice-creams, milk yogurt, etc.

The guy who accepts to consume animal proteins, and a prevailing diet of cooked foods, cannot be called a wise and conscientious man.

THE ENORMOUS POWER OF AN APPLE, AN ORANGE, A BUNCH OF GRAPES

The simple apple contains in itself 191 well-known chemical substances, and other 191 not yet fully discovered.

A single bite to that apple and an atomic energy starts circulating inside us, with 1300 chemical-enzymatic reactions which break down the apple molecules and place them towards the various body destinations. Pectin goes to the intestine, retinol or vitamin A goes to the ocular globe, the anthocyanins go to reinforce the capillaries, the lycopene goes to the gonads and also to contrast the free radicals.

The precious biologic water acts as a special dew and goes to cool down the overheated intestinal mucosa. And all this happens 1300 times.

We have said apple, but no big change if we say persimmon, mango, cherry, grape, and so on.

If we consider that there are 160.000 edible plants and fruits under the light of the sun, we can just realize how generous is nature and how ignorant and stupid we are.

DEVITALIZED FOODS ARE ROBBERS AND SPOILERS

What happens instead with heavy and concentrated foods, eaten with passion by the majority?

What happens with the industrial delicacies, sweetened, salted, transformed and embellished by our chefs?

Can it be that also in this case we get the same good chemical reactions?

The answer is absolutely negative.

The devitalized foods, the cooked foods, the concentrated and synthesized foods, are all doing a different track.

Devitalizing a food means depriving it of all its characteristics, of all its bio-availability.

A devitalized food is totally different than the generous food of nature.

A devitalized food is a robber of internal nutrients. It represents a chemical imposition, a violent aggression against our own body, compelled to react with symptoms called constipation, flu, hepatitis, pancreatitis and kidney failure.

A DEADLY AND CEMETERIAL MATERIAL CANNOT FINISH SCOT-FREE INSIDE A HUMAN BODY

Meat is not a food at all, but rather a material in advanced state of decomposition, destined to a cemetery and never to a human gastrointestinal pipe.

Even natural foods, when heated, cooked and transformed, lose their enzymes and their biologic water, including all natural vitamins and minerals. In other words they lose the precious packet of nutrients offered us by our exclusive interlocutors in terms of food, which remain, without any doubt, the plant, the bush and the tree.

CORTICOPRIN, GLUCAGON AND INSULIN

Sometimes it is useful to make a purifying fast. But out of such periods, we have got to eat well, always aiming to nutrient and alive food, avoiding to fall into situations of hunger and of hypercortisolism.

Cortisol is the stress hormone and ACTH (adeno-corticoprin-hormone) is the precursor of cortisol.

The average value of cortisol in the blood is 10-70 ng/L, but at 8 am is generally 100-200 ng/L, while it drops to 100 ng/L in the evening.

ACTH and cortisol are body stimulants and body accelerators, they increase the circulatory flux, the heart beat and also the glycaemia. All happens in the liver. When the stomach does not offer any nutritive material, the hypothalamus, received the signal of cellular hunger, orders the liver to proceed with a process of hepatic gluconeogenesis, a compensative conversion of the amino acid alanin into glucose. Glucagon is a peptide hormone of protein nature produced by the endocrine part of pancreas (alfa cells of Langerhans Isles). Its stimulations is carried out while there is a drop of insulin receptors (insulin is the antagonist hormone of glucagon, and it is produced by the beta cells of Langerhans).

CORTISOL, ALDOSTERON AND ALLISON DISEASE

All such explanation are just to recommend all of you to eat always and only the right food, and to do it often, without leaving your body in situations of prolonged hunger.

When, due to serious pathologies, there is a lack of mineral-corticoids, that is of cortisol (stress controller) and of aldosteron ( pump sodium-potassium regulating hormone), the body goes towards the Addison disease or bronze-skin disease, with weakness, impotence, pathologic amenorrhea, dehydration, thirst, attraction for salt.

TOO MANY HOURS EMPTY STOMACH ARE CAUSE OF HUNGER AND HORMONAL STRESS

The hypercortisolism becomes a daily factor of stress for the students that go to school without bringing in their bag some almonds, a vegan sandwich, an apple or a banana, in addition to their books.

The proof can be seen everyday. Our kids are coming back from school at 1,30 pm exhausted, tense, disguised and intractable. Same story with the workers.

Every human being should have the possibility to make some break every two hours, not certainly for smoking a cigarette, but for taking some fresh air and for eating a light meal, because our cells cannot wait too long.

THE DANGER OF CERTAIN SUBSTANCES IN FREE CIRCULATION

In other words, dear students and professors of Hongkong, avoiding the first couple of fruit-breakfasts in the morning, or compensating them with coffees, colas and cigarettes (as done by too many Italians), waiting the lunch of 1-2 pm for having a substantial meal, means submitting our body to heavy forms of stress and hypercortisolism.

Resorting to stimulant and nerving drinks is truly a terrible mistake. A glass of cola contains not only abundant caffeine, not only bad sugar or cancerogenic aspartame, but also an ultra-acid pH of 2.80, due to its phosphoric acid. Such a drink, to be neutralized, would require 32 glasses of pure water at 7.00 pH.

Giving colas and similar drinks to our kids is not a mistake, but rather an unforgivable crime!

THE CASE OF DR SANDLERS AND OF POLIO-RESISTANT RABBITS

All this was very clear to dr Benjamin P. Sandlers, physician of the Otean Veteran Hospital in Asheville-North Carolina (see my article “Il caso Sandlers e I conigli polio-resistenti”, dated 30/4/09).

Sandlers is the one who was able to knock down the polio epidemic in North Carolina from 2498 cases in 1948 to only 229 cases in 1949.

“Throw away all drugs and all vaccines. Eliminate from your diet all sweets, meat, dairy, colas, and junk-food”, crackled his voice from all radios of the country.

“The only possible immunity is in the optimal vitality of your body”, was his brave message, unequivocally frank and true.

But the multinationals of his times didn’t take long to stop his voice.

And in 1950 the polio was again over 2500 cases per annum in the state of North Carolina.

TEN THOUSAND SANDLERS TO SAVE CHINA

The Sandlers’ story, extremely educative, is just one of the many stories hidden under the sand by the medical order.

I haven’t got the polio statistics for China. But I know that the young fellows affected by autism in China are unfortunately 7 million and more, and the number is dangerously growing.

Polio, autism, multiple sclerosis, lupus and other diseases classified as autoimmune, are all in the same line, with the neurologic mechanisms of the body getting devastated not by case and not for mysterious reasons, but due to obvious and continuous blunders in behaviour, in cures and in nutrition.

For China we should have not one dr Sandlers, but 10.000 Sandlers, open to shout on the mikes at national and local television channels.

Would it be acceptable all this to a political system which has easily taken from America the colas, the diary, the drugs, the vaccines, the Aids invented stories, the hamburgers and the fast-foods, which means the worst of the worst?

I can just turn this question, with all possible respects, to the Beijing Authorities.

BREEDING ANIMALS PREDESTINED TO BE SLAUGHTERED IS SERIAL PREMEDITATED CRIME

Let’s go back to our initial pictures.

Breeding animals with the declared scope of murdering and eating them appears already a diabolic act as a start. There are no excuses and no discounts in penalty. This is no unintentional and involuntary slaughter, but a planned, organized and prearranged crime, the maximum of premeditation and malice for any judge.

The fact that the crime is intended against non-human victims, against innocent and unprotected animals, deprived of any legal right, can only aggravate the shamefulness of the crime.

From whatever visual angle we look at it, the animal farming is an absurd, obsolete, anguishing and unsustainable choice. Animal farming is something which depresses and sickens all of us in the body and in the soul, something which creates also huge problems in terms of environment and ecology.

WE ARE AT THE CRUCIAL POINT

We are wasting great quantities of water, of time, of energy, of land.

Animal farming makes alone the 51% af all gas emissions responsible of greenhouse effect.

Atmospheric methane and CO2 are causing catastrophic consequences to our climate.

As mentioned by the venerable master Madame Ching Hai, humanity has reached the crucial point.

We must act immediately. We have got to do it now, not tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow.

HUMANITY HAS GOT TO CHOSE BETWEEN A DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT AND A FALL DOWN IN THE QUICKSANDS OF DISGRACE, DISEASE AND DESPERATION

We have got to adopt a friendly diet, respectful, vital, based on plants and not on animals, remembering that also plants are alive and should be treated with care, giving a priority to fruit and seeds, which do not cause any harm, while we should minimize the pains caused to all leaves, roots and trees.

The choice is clear and simple.

Shall we enter in a new golden era of peace, of beauty, of arts and of universal love?

Or we prefer to sink in the quicksands of indifference, of violence, of cruelty, of disgrace, disease and desperation?
