A GROWING INTEREST IN NATURAL HYGIENE

The hall being absolutely packed, confirms the growing interest in Hygienism. People have come from all over Italy, and I thank you for the passion you continue to show towards these cultural initiatives in favour of health, and respect for life and nature. As we are guests tonight at the Mountain Centre of the Orsoline Sisters, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude, we will adapt ourselves to the silent, religious atmosphere of this magnificent place of reflection and spirituality. Even the little hall of the AVA in Rome was completely full, and almost no longer sufficient to hold us all. People had even come from as far as Sardinia and Sicily.

DEFENDING HEALTH THESE DAYS ALMOST MEANS BEING SUBVERSIVE

I take this opportunity to present my new book, The History of Natural Hygiene (published by Anima) light, compact, and I’d say even spicy, being a kind of slap at the Codex Alimentarius. Defending human health and nature today means being subversive.

A CONVENTION OF REBELS

Raising a flag in favour of animals in chains, in favour of our friends doing life sentences and awaiting barbarous execution and unbearable martyrdom, means blocking the road of the irresponsible, oppressive regime which is dragging the world ever lower down in terms of ethical, cultural, moral and health values. So this meeting is comparable to a convention of subversives, a rebellious cove against a system that wants us all sick, cynical and insensitive, obedient defenceless carcass eaters. But we are connected fraternally to all our companions in this terrestrial adventure. In fact we are here to testify that humans are endowed with bodies and minds that are fruitarian, and that we are all bound by an insoluble umbilical cord to the creatures of other species who accompany us in this temporal, earthly journey called life.

TEN IRREFUTABLE AND UNEQUIVOCAL TRUTHS

On our side are 10 irrefutable and unequivocal truths that gnaw at the bodies and minds of important people; 10 authentic mathematical proofs that agitate the sleep of an adversary who is as powerful in his economic and coercive means, as he is weak and crackpot in his values and his ideology. An opposition with important names that include, Cremonini, Smithfield, McDonald’s, Pfizer, Glaxo, Bayer, Monsanto, Danone, Nestlè, Eridania, Rockefeller, Obama and even the Vatican. An adversary who not only does everything to convince the world that is it right, ethical and indispensable to keep slaughterhouses running, but also that we should triple their number, their efficiency and their size in line with the increase in pharmaceuticals, surgical operations and organ transplants . THE 1ST TRUTH COMES FROM OUR ALKALINE BLOOD

The 1st truth is that human beings have fruitarian blood, which goes to say alkaline, being between 7.30 and 7.50 on the pH acid-alkaline scale which goes from zero (maximum acidity) to 14 (maximum alkalinity) having it’s neutral point at 7. The blood of canines and felines, crocodiles and jackals, condors and hyena, is decidedly below 7.00, a level which is clearly acid. This question of blood is fundamental because it is valid for all human beings. Black and white, male and female, children and adults, healthy or sick, Rh positive or negative, Scorpions or Ariens, vegans or non-vegans, all have the typically alkaline blood of fruit eaters.

THE 2ND TRUTH: NO URICASE ENZYME IN HUMAN BODY

The 2nd truth is that humans completely lack the uricase enzyme in their organism, and thus are not able to disintegrate and immediately expel uric acid, as carnivorous animals are able to do. Let us remember that 1 kg of meat, white-red or any other colour, contains 28 grams of uric acid, an enormous amount, while fish and shellfish contain at least 30 grams. If we consider that even a light, transparent glass of water, while we can put it into our bodies very easily, it comes out again only partly and not without difficulty; so we can just imagine the disastrous consequences that uric acid, a complete poison, foreign and unusual to the human body, has on our organism.

THE 3RD TRUTH: A HYPO-CHLORIC FRUCTARIAN STOMACH

The 3rd truth is that the human fruitarian stomach has 10 times less hydrochloric acid than that of carnivorous animals, which makes it almost impossible for them to demolish the shell-like covering of, above all animal proteins, so as to transform them into absorbable amino acids. Therefore every meal with meat implies the release into the gastro-intestinal tract of unbroken and undigested protein residues which putrefy rapidly in the warm intestinal environment causing the typical fetor of dead flesh within, and its miasmas that ascend from the intestine causing regurgitations and blood congestion almost everywhere.

THE 4TH TRUTH: AN INTESTINE WHICH IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH ANIMAL PROTEINS

The 4th truth is that humans have a delicate, complex and susceptible intestine 10 times longer than that of carnivorous animals, constructed with loops and elbow bends, and which has an enormous surface area (400-600 sqm – equal to a tennis court) which is spongy, peristaltic and reactive (80 % of the immune system is found in the intestinal tract together with 150 lymphatic central channels called Peyer’s plaques). It is completely the opposite of a carnivorous animal’s intestine which is notoriously short, stumpy, smooth, acidified and containing uricase.

THE 5TH TRUTH: HUMAN MILK HAS A FORMULA EQUIVALENT TO GRAPE JUICE

The 5th truth is that until they are weaned, human new-borns have at their disposal a mother’s milk which is transparent, sweet, low in protein, low in fat – practically identical in its chemical formula to almond milk, grape juice, orange juice, and other similar sugary juices of fresh fruit. Cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk have 2-3 times more fat (lipids) and much more protein and casein than human milk. Dog’s milk is 6x, cat’s milk 7x, and mouse’s milk is 10x more concentrated than that of humans. According to the precise, motivated design of Mother Nature, every kind of milk is the optimum food for the baby of the respective species; milk which is always and only assumed within the temporal limits of the emergency called weaning, (in Italian “svezzamento”) when with reprimands the “vezzo” or “bad habit” of milk is removed.

THE SIXTH TRUTH: A VEGAN IMMUNE SYSTEM

The 6th truth is that humans have a fructarian immune system. This fact is confirmed by the lack of immune compliance with foods of animal origin, seeing that after every meal with meat (as was demonstrated by the experiments of Paul Kouchakoff at the first World Conference of Microbiology in Paris in 1930, and reconfirmed by his students for which they received the Nobel prize for medicine in 1948) the immune system unleashes the terrible, tiring and debilitating emergency called leucocytosis, where leucocytes from a normal concentration of 6-7000 units per cubic mm, go up to 20,000 and above per cubic mm within 2 hours of the incriminated meal. Meals of fruit and raw food do not produce any such leucocyte mechanism and the concentration of leucocytes remain at the pre-meal level of 6-7,000 during the digestive and post digestive phases, thus saving the immune system from disastrous digestive-assimilative-evacuative fatigue.

THE 7TH TRUTH: THE VIBRATIONAL EQUILIBRIUM OF THE FRUCTARIAN RAW-FOOD EATERS

The 7th truth is that humans are endowed with a vibrational equilibrium sensitized towards the wavelengths and the colours of fruit. In perfect health the human organism emits electro-magnetic waves of around 6500 Angstroms or above. If the vibration goes below that level, the organism becomes weak, loses its equilibrium, and falls ill, as has been demonstrated by experiments conducted over 20 years by the French engineer, André Simoneton. Mature natural, organic or even un-organic fruit (in any case always better when not contaminated by pesticides) vibrates at around 8,500 to a maximum of 10,000 Angstroms, thus traveling with colours round about infrared, bequeathing the human body with maximum vitality.

LIGHTLY COOKED GREEN AND STARCHY VEGETABLES ARE ACCEPTABLE, WHEREAS X-RAY EMITTING FOODS ROB US CONTINUOUSLY

Raw green vegetables follow with optimal levels of 7,500 A. and starchy vegetables cooked as little as possible (potatoes, pumpkin unpeeled, tubers, seeds and grains which are soaked and cooked intelligently and minimally) are able to maintain their red and rosy colour equivalents at acceptable levels of 6,500 A. Animal proteins, concentrated and devitalized products, cooked food, sweetened and salted foods, vitamin and mineral supplements, boxed and bottled fruit juices, jams, pasta and bread, oven baked carbohydrates and all the various drinks invented by the food industry, tend towards the lower end of the Simoneton scale, towards grey colours and x rays, often below the level of 3000 A. In this region every food becomes no longer a carrier of energy and vitality, but thief-substances, robber-foods that in order some-how to be digested, subtract from our organism caloric, enzymatic and vitamin power as well as mineral reserves.

THE 8TH TRUTH: OUR NUDIST-FRUCTARIAN SKIN COVERED WITH PERSPIRING PORES

The 8th truth is that man is endowed with a fruitarian epidermis without fur or feathers; one which is instead studded with millions of perspiring pores, which often turn the skin into another lung and another kidney, adapted to discharging those accumulated bodily poisons which the renal system is unable to dispose of in the urine. A skin adapted to the pleasant and summery temperatures of the sub-tropical areas where our human civilization developed.

THE 9TH TRUTH: A FRUCTARIAN LIVER-PANCREAS-KIDNEY STRUCTURE

The 9th truth is that humans are endowed with a compact and typically fruitarian pancreatic system, with a raw food non-hypertrophic liver incapable of properly treating fatty-protein substances, and with renal glomeruli which are open and selective only to organic minerals and micro-molecules which have a collagenous form, while they are closed to inorganic and crystalline minerals which have not been elaborated by plants through their photo-chlorophyll functions, or retransformed into inorganic material by a process called cooking which reconverts organic molecules into inorganic ones.

THE 10TH TRUTH: A FRUCTARIAN CONFORMATION IN TERMS OF PHYSICALSTRUICTURE AND EMOTIONAL FEELINGS

The 10th truth is that on every side, our physical and emotional conformations speak in favour of the fruitarian nature of the human body, endowed as it is with fingered rather than clawed hands (adapted to collecting fruit and berries), with eyes placed frontally rather than laterally (typical of animals always on the alert for hunting and aggression). We are endowed not with a fixed jawbone but one with lateral mobility, adapted to pulverising grains and seeds, and certainly not to tearing off nervous and bony tissues of unfortunate victims. Our physical bodies are imbued with a mental-emotional sensitivity to peacefulness and spirituality, and a strong aversion to the distressing presence of blood and its acrid and cruel odour. No child (or even an adult I’d say) in front of a little rabbit or an apple or a banana, would go and bite the furry creature, an act that, on the other hand, would be irresistible to the instinct of a dog or a cat.

THE TOTAL INCONSISTENCY OF MEDICAL-BUTCHERY MOTIVATIONS

The apparently opposing butchery and medical-pharmaceutical parties have almost nothing to disagree about, other than so many disguises, so many cunning tricks, and so much hypocrisy, regularly given the lie to and disavowed by independent scientific research. They contrast their parameters, their swindling food pyramids and their medical charts which hypnotize and pin down above all fools and window dressers, or humans who have aligned themselves with them as they are either scared out of their wits, or entirely dominated by them. Blunt, fossilized weapons that no longer charm anyone except a huge population of suckers who haven’t yet managed to figure things out. Noble proteins (actually endowed with snob value by science for years) and the exaltation of B12 at the expense of Vitamin C and B9; iron-eme from newly slaughtered blood at the expense of various cabbages and carrots; precarious, acidifying, putrid-fishy omega-3 at the expense of the best omega-3 from almonds; glycaemic and thyroid indicators and aspirating needles – these are the blunt mouldy, despairing instruments of the side of the adversaries.

A PERFORATED HOT AIR BALLOON, LOADED WITH VIVISECTION AND STEM CELLS

The medicine of today lives on vivisection, scalpels, curettage, mammography, endoscopy, colonoscopy, on the demonization of innocuous viruses and indispensable bacteria, on the insults and swindles of Aids and papillomas, on operations, chemo-therapy, organ transplants, and the miserable illusions of cloning and stem cells. Take these taken away from them and it collapses like a perforated hot air balloon.

ROME CONQUERED THE WORLD IN TOTAL ABSENCE OF DOCTORS AND MEDICINES

Let me remind you that from 750 to 150 AD, Imperial Rome lived healthy, strong, serene and wise even as it conquered, without the shadow of any medical and medicinal presence; having completely banned doctors, therapists, and medicinal products. For more than half a millennium, it enjoyed Health with a capital H, thanks to raw cabbages, beets, radishes, radicchio (red lettuce) and watercress, as Marco Porcio Catone, called the Censor (234-148 BC) and Marco Tullio Cicerone (106-43 BC) allow us remember.

OUR MORAL AND IDEOLOGICAL ARMOURY IS MATCHLESS

The armour of hygiene is on a completely different scale. On our side we have natural, proven scientific laws and principles. Ours are granite, immortal concepts, ideas and methods that fear no confrontation. We are in harmony with the greatest intelligentsia of past and present history, and we’re speaking of Pythagoras, Hippocrates, Galeno, the Salernitan Medical School, of Leonardo da Vinci, Paracelso, Voltaire and Bechamp, of Von Pettenkofer, of Kuhne, of Florence Nightingale, Arnold Ehret, Albert Schweitzer and Herbert Shelton.

WE TRAVEL ON A SAFE ROAD IRRADIATED BY THE SUN

Ours is not a tortuous, uncertain, fallacious and stammering track, but a safe and illumined highway, studded with precise (not bugling and muddled) indications. A road devoid of risks, contradictions and tolls to be paid. Ours is a clear, straight highway that really brings one to health in body, mind and spirit.

HYGIENE CHARTS DO EXIST, AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTE PREDICIVE VALUES

Hygienistic charts? They certainly do exist! A red tongue, pleasant breath, good appetite, rapid digestion, regular, consistent evacuations, no feeling of bloatedness, no colitis, clear urine, clean iris, heart beat around 70, warm hands and feet, breathing which is deep, not shallow or laboured, a good mental-spiritual-ideological posture, normal blood pressure, healthy skin, calm sleep, being at peace with oneself and the whole world, a willingness to do things or also not to do things (but always with enthusiasm and passion): these are the litmus test health charts of natural hygiene.

THE MOST ILL-TREATED AND TYRANNIZED CREATURE IN THE UNIVERSE

In recent years I’ve come to have a very precise idea; one that I try to remove from my head in vain because every day it just comes back again in an ever more convincing way. And that is that the pig is the cleanest, most civil and intelligent being on the face of the earth. One that deserves to live more than any other. In the pig, I see in synthesis, the elephant, the rhinoceros, the pheasant, the hare, the cock, the wild pig, the turkey, the goose, the whale, the calf, the sheep and the baby chick.

WITHOUT HEPARIN THE WHOLE WORLD WOULD SIMPLY COLLAPSE

A year ago I wrote a little thesis using the term pig-economy. We have arrived at the point where without heparin from pigs the entire world would just seize up and go into catalepsy. We live in a global pig-regime, in a pig-European Community, with heads of pig-governments (be it leftist Prodi or rightist Berlusconi, nothing changes) and presidents of pig-republics, or kings of pig-kingdoms, ministers of pig-ministries and pig-health departments, even pig-popes and pig-churches, regularly informed and educated by pig-newspapers and pig-televisons.

MAN’S SALVATION, ON ALL FRONTS, PASSES UNAVOIDABLY THROUGH SAVING THE PIG

Note that I use the word pig in its worst and most vulgar sense, the one which bipeds hypocritically attribute to this animal, a being which is in reality incomparably better and more healthy than himself physically, psychologically and behaviourally, as well as regarding knowing how to live in the world. He is better than man in practically everything, to the point that man should take lessons from the pig to learn how to live healthily, pacifically and with dignity in the world. This discourse on the pig is of great importance for all of us because, and let it sink into our heads well, mans’ salvation on every level, physical-spiritual-economic-political-social, passes unavoidably through saving the pig.

WHAT PURPOSE DO INTELLIGENCE, ART AND RELIGION SERVE?

What on earth is the purpose of human ingenuity if we use it above all to make meat grinders, or to sharpen the blades of our knives and polish the barrels of our shameful shotguns? What purpose does human art serve if we mince paintings, sculpture, poetry and literary masterpieces with the embarrassing blood of our slaughterhouses? What purpose does praying and human religiousness serve if we smear our consciences with the deafening and suffocating suffering of millions of tyrannized and terrorized faces who implore our pity, without ever receiving it from dawn to dusk of every unholy day of our calendar?
