OUR ARGOMENTS KINDLE PROFOUND INTEREST
Friends of Tolmezzo and Carnia, I could greet you with an “Amììs de Furlanìe e de Cjàrgnie”, but it would be incorrect for those who have come from outside the region. So, to all of you, just an extremely cordial “Good evening”. I have so much to say and time is limited. The risk is repeating what I did in Catania 3 weeks ago, in a meeting that was fixed for 20 to 22 at the Theatre of the Salesian Institute. The hall was already full at 19.30 and it was still jam-packed after midnight, 5 hours later with no-one wanting to leave. But even here at Tolmezzo, at the last meeting in the hall of the Carnic Museum, it was jam-packed with people sitting on the floor along the walls. Today, as then, it was all made possible by Beatrice and Mery’s great organization, which involved their respective families. A wonderful pamphlet was created by Giulia Veritti, on the specific values of fruit and vegetables which can be acquired by email from email@example.com.
SCEPTICAL AND CURIOUS TO CONFRONT YOUR CULTURE WITH THE SCIENCE OF TRUTH
Even today there are just so many people here! It means that inside you something is itching. I certainly don’t believe that you are all vegetarians or vegans, let alone natural hygienists. If anything you are probably sceptics but anyway people who are curious. Maybe you here to verify and confront what you already know, think, do and believe (i.e. what the family, the church, the school and the TV tell you) with the alternative which is offered and proposed to you by this behavioural science called Natural Hygiene, which deserves to be called “The Science of Truth”, “The Science of Wellbeing, Correctness, Good Sense, Logic, and of the Possible”.
A SUPER-RELIGION WITHOUT CHURCHES AND WITHOUT PRIESTS
Some will say I’m exaggerating, that I’m overdoing it.
Absolutely not, on the contrary I’ll go even further and speak of Hygiene as “The Science of Conscience and Wellbeing in Heaven and on Earth”. Not a religion but a super-religion, and what is more without churches, without rituals and without priests. And without begging and asking for offerings.
Without a military and without secret services, as happens with the New Age religion that the so-called New World Order is trying to impose on the whole world to the tune of its trillions and its invasive and extremely boring television preachers.
LET’S TRY NOT TO GET THE ADDRESS WRONG
If you think you’re witnessing the performance of an extremist vegan who makes you eat only bread and salad, drink only spring water, and comes up with so many punches in the name of absolute purism, you’ve got the wrong address. If you’re here to see a fanatic, or one of the many new prophets who comes and offers you eternal salvation, or who proposes whacky solutions for living a painful life of sacrifice, one who makes you leap from the frying pan into the fire, you’ve got the wrong address. If you think you’ve got before you someone who eats priest and doctors and butchers and hunters and politicians, you’ve got the wrong end of the stick. I manage to talk to everyone on the basis of logic, rationality, good common sense, sincerity, transparency, and love for our own selves and for nature.
I’M A FAN OF MAXIMUM ENTERTAINMENT IN BOTH THIS LIFE, AND THE NEXT
Can prohibiting alcohol, smoking, coffee, meat, fish, cheese, eggs, ham, cooked food, salt and sugar, be anything but prohibitionist? My reply is that we are for the most fun possible. And without health no-one can enjoy. Those above mentioned substances, when placed into the human body, cause terrible collateral effects. We have discovered that one can enjoy oneself without them.
What is prohibited is becoming sick, falling into the net of diabetes, dialysis, sclerosis, lupus, cancer, thyroid disease and heart disease. This is the only prohibition that we are ready to represent.
EVEN FREQUENTING EXCELLENCE, EVERYONE MERITS A QUALITATIVE LEAP
Let us get to the point. Your time is precious, and I don’t want to waste it gossiping. My objective is first to make you acquire these concepts, and after having discussed everything, after freely accepting all objections, you will be able to go back home to your reality with a pinch of value added, with some positive extra, some constructive extra in your cultural baggage, in your mind and in your spirit.
NO LABELS AND NO CONNECTIONS
For clarity, I give you a guarantee in advance.
I don’t belong to anyone, and I’m nobody’s instrument. There are no strange designs and secrets attached me, no masonic lodges, secret parties or hidden financing. I don’t even like classifications, labels such as vegan, hygienist, raw-foodist, Ehretonian or Sheltonian. If I were a barman, an electrician, a plumber or an incinerator technician, the label would give me the same problem. I’m a normal human being who dedicates himself to a determined kind of activity. Anyway, I’m like all of you, a person who lives, thinks and acts according to qualitative criteria, or what I maintain to be such.
THE LESSON OF MASTER PYTHAGORAS
We weren’t born yesterday. Neither was Pythagoras born yesterday, when 2,500 years ago he founded his famous University of Crotone, and created the philosophical and political basis for a new Mediterranean and World Civilization, with all the Italian cities of Greater Greece (Crotone, Taranto, Messina, Eraclea, Locri, Gallipoli, Velia, etc.) governed to perfection by the wise, virtuous Pythagorean administration, using such healthy principles as have never been seen before or since.
Let’s not forget that they were living in a crude, slavish and horribly male chauvinist world, where women were devoid of all civil rights (the right for women to vote arrived in Europe in 1918, and not before Anne Kenney of London and other feminists were forced to suffer imprisonment).
NO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN
For Pythagoras equality between men and women was more a dogma than a right, and in his schools the classes were scandalously mixed. Certainly Pythagoras was so far ahead of his time, and would have been too far ahead even for the present day characterized by superficiality and cheating, by scandals and fraud, by mental cruelty, by hoaxes and invented epidemics, by careless disorderly youth and people who live badly, eat badly, defecate badly, urinate badly, sweat badly, make love badly or even worse don’t make love at all, because they don’t know how to, or because they’re not even interested in it.
THE CLERGY’S HYSTERICAL HUNT FOR PYTHAGORAS’S WORKS
But why precisely Pythagoras? We said he lived long ago. Pythagoras wasn’t a great man like Plato or Socrates. Pythagoras was a Super-great! He was so great that they only realized it a thousand years after the popes and the Church, which clearly found obstacles to the spread of the Christian faith, in the sense that Pythagoras’s fame obscured that of Jesus, everywhere and in everything. And it was for this absurd pathological posthumous jealousy that the Inquisition unleashed a cruel witch-hunt against Pythagoras’s and his followers. A complete, systematic wipe-out of all libraries and monasteries with a great bonfire of tomes, parchments and papyruses of immeasurable value.
THE GREATEST OF THE BEST OF ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE
In his times Pythagoras was a living receptacle. He had roamed around extensively in Egypt, in Chaldea and in Mesopotamia, studying mathematics, music, medicine, and occult science with the greatest priests, meeting scholars and philosophers, raking up the cream of the cream of ancient knowledge and bringing it with him to Croton on our Ionic coast.
PYTHAGORAS, THE ETERNAL LIGHTHOUSE OF HUMANITY
So great, just and illuminated was Pythagoras that he was brutally annihilated by ignorance and demagogy. A horrible and shameful end that weighs like a rock on all of us. An act that disturbs and embarrasses no less than the crucifixion of Jesus. Pythagoras was not only a hygienist, not only a philosopher of health and psycho-physical equilibrium, not only a vegan and a mathematician, but also a politician and even a martyr. With the difference that, while Jesus has received the comfort of 2,000 years of Christianity, Pythagoras, apart from 500 years of being considered divine on the part of the Roman-Greek Civilization, continued to be crucified and insulted by the Vatican Church, animated by an incendiary, insensate fury against everything and everyone who cast a shadow on the catholic faith.
Hygiene therefore dates back to Pythagoras. Hygiene as a set of rules of behaviour and of eating. The Pythagorean schools were very selective and educative. Pythagoras taught love for the Sun god, love for your own self, for your parents, for your neighbours, for all animals with fur, fins and feathers. As his works were burned and incinerated by the priests, we are forced to take passages and writings of other authors’ writings about him. Apart from the famous theorems on triangles, studied in schools all over the world, only 1 work written by his hand remains, and it is the “Immortal Verses” which I have inserted, not by chance, into my text “Natural Alimentation”.
WE ALL HAVE PYTHAGORAS, WITH HIS 5 KEY POINTS, IN OUR VEINS
However it is enough to consult Pythagoras’s direct students, to understand what the music was, what the atmosphere and the spirit were that animated our great master (and when I say “ours” I also mean “yours” because we all have Pythagoras in our blood, in the twists and turns of our conscience – so all we need is to recuperate him).
What does Larisa, the wife of Kostantinos, Pythagoras’s student write?
She writes that the principles of life “in love with the whole” (i.e. the universe) are very simple and are based on 5 key points:
1) Cordial love
2) Calmness of the mind and internal silence
3) Benevolence towards all, humans, animals and plants
4) Working for the good of all living beings, in our thoughts, in our emotions and in our action
5) Gratitude towards the Creator for all the lessons that we are given at every instant of our life.
EVERYONE REAPS THAT WHICH THEY SOW
Pythagoras taught that divine justice is great, so that everyone reaps the fruit of what they have sown in
this life and in preceding lives. There are no devils and no hells. If our fruit is bitter, we should work
towards making it sweeter.
Hygiene rightly starts with Pythagoras. Hygiene as an eclectic and multi-comprehensive subject.
Something that immediately concerns the real and intimate necessities of every citizen and the entire
human community, as well as the interests of nature and the environment, including all living creatures
who inhabit it and who, just like us, have the right to live and not to carry around their necks an ominous
plaque bearing the date of their upcoming execution.
HYGIENE : TOO BEAUTIFUL AND TOO UNCOMFORTABLE
Hygiene as a science and a philosophy of life, is a true religion packed with spiritual, ultra-terrestrial meaning, even while being devoid of icons, rituals and genuflections.
Hygiene as a behavioural and health science, extremely attuned to the conditions of the human person, to his or her wellbeing, form and equilibrium; but also as a science to restore health when it has been lost along the long road of life.
Hygiene which has been ignored, buried in the sand and persecuted. Hygiene which has had every kind of obstacle placed in its path because it scratches and corrodes huge consolidated interests.
MORE A SPIRITUAL WAY OF BEING, THAN A THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUE
Is it maybe another kind of medicine? A school in head-on competition with allopathic medicine, with homeopathy, with phyto-molecular, with ayurveda, with macrobiotics, with Steiner’s theosophy, with Bach’s flowers, and everything that exists in the field of therapy? It is much more than all this!
Hygienism is more a spiritual way of being rather than a theory and a method of cure.
BEING A HYGIENIST IS THE RESPONSIBLE DUTY OF EACH ONE OF US
Hygiene is a series of rules, of natural laws, of transversal principles which involve and traverse all schools and all philosophies, so that each one of us, whether or not we are doctors, naturopaths and laureates, or whether we are devoid of these sweaty, but also hateful, abused and discriminatory pieces of paper called titles of study, have the right and the duty to be hygienists, which means to think in a civil, righteous, virtuous, sensate, social, educated, loving and respectful way.
THE DISDRACE OF BETRAYING ONESELF
Paradoxically even the doctor who is conducting surgical operations and border-line pharmacology, even the butcher who is plunging the knife into the throat of the screaming piglet, even the stupid student who leaves school with a shameless air and a cigarette in her mouth, thereby impeding her cellular system to oxygenate itself and live, and causing grave offence to herself and to the child she could one day want to conceive. In all these cases people break the rules and pretend they’re doing nothing. They have learnt to silence the internal voice of their own conscience, and to build callouses over extremely bad habits or over professional deformations. This means betraying oneself, and betraying one’s neighbour, other than misleading others and spreading a bad example.
WE WANT TO RENEW THE MAGNA CHARTA
Concretely what are we hygienists asking for? We have demands and ambitions that go far beyond cauliflowers, chestnuts and radishes. We can’t close ourselves inside our vegetable gardens and become disinterested in what is happening around us, as if we are dealing with things that don’t concern us.
They do concern us, and how!
We want a civilization in symbiotic harmony with nature, not in incurable conflict with it. A civilization which is a logical continuation of those of the past, the Incas, the Mayans, The Egyptians, the Indians, Chinese, Greeks and Romans. We ask for a renewal of the Magna Charta to protect fundamental rights. A Magna Charta against slavery, racism and against the strong who tyrannize the weak, against exasper-ated consumerism, against the progressive impoverishment of populations, against the plutocracy and the oligarchy of our time, against all offensive weapons, in particular the latest generation of evermore inhumane and alarming psychotronic arms that characterize the secret arsenals of the despots of power.
A PLEBISCITE WORLD REBELLION AGAINST ROTHSCHILDS E ROCKEFELLERS
We want, without half measures, a pacific and plebiscite global rebellion against the treacherous and iniquitous dominion of the Rothschild and the Rockefellers, the sovereign rulers of Holland and England, of the 15 families who have the fate of the planet in their hands, against the presidential canvassers such as Bush, Clinton and Obama, and against the servants of money and power such as Soros, Murdoch, Brezynski, Kissinger and Gorbachev, against the shoe-shining politicians of all the governments and all the ministries, against the excess power of the major banks manoeuvred by the usual unknown faces.
WE ARE INDIGNANT BUT NON VIOLENT
We are definitely indignant, to use a term which has great validity at present, though in fact we don’t want to smash everything, as happened in Rome last week. We share the opinion that the violent rioters should be stopped, identified and arrested. And that they should even pay for the damage. Rather we incite people towards love, calmness and non-violence.
We don’t search for tension and even less for conflict with the forces of law and order, and we have no intention of offending things or people in any way whatsoever. We only want to inform and warn the people labelled Bilderberg, who are moving the planet towards the abyss, that the moment has arrived to let go of the bone. We want to tell them united and in chorus. Seven billion people against a hundred thousand, or at maximum a million, including lobbyists, hangers-on and opportunists.
THE NEW WORLD ORDER IS A CRAZY FARCE
We want to tell them once and for all that we don’t buy it. We want to tell them to their faces that they have gone beyond all acceptable limits, and that they are now delegitimized to direct and govern the destiny of the planet. We want to make it clear that the New World Order (NWO) which is furtively preparing itself in the shadows, like an Easter egg with a final surprise in it for all of us, with so many empty wallets and so many credit cards under surveillance, with all its obligatory micro-chipped vaccinations and all its New Age style macro religion, is a crazy farce, as the great Fantozzi (famous Italian comic character) said regarding the pro-soviet film “La Corazzata Potyomkin”.
THEIR PROGRAMMES DON’T CORRESPOND TO OURS
Are they expecting to make the world march to their baton along the lines of the First and Second World War, constructed around tables by their zealous, scheming ancestors? Do they want to knock down like skittles the Saddams, the Gheddafis and all the regimes that don’t suit them (certainly not because of their probable wrongdoings, but because they are regimes that can’t be manoeuvred, amalgamated and controlled at will)? Do they want to reduce the world population by poisoning it with chemical trails, weakening it and sterilizing it with vaccines, admonishing it with earthquakes, tsunamis and climate change triggered artificially? Do they want to make the entire economy implode and prevent the youth from finding decent working posts? Do they want to trigger development in reverse? Do they want a Third World War, simply to respect the saying “We never have 2 without 3”, or the cabalistic date of the 21st of December 2012?
ARE THERE TOO MANY OF US? LET’S LEARN NEW SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES
We will not accept their black ominous and sinister scheming.
Are there just too many of us on the planet? We reply that there is place for everyone in this world. We will find a way to enjoy ourselves more and generate less, pray and meditate more (for saints and ascetics) and to communicate more, with more enjoyment and pure playfulness and less calculation and hypocrisy (for carnal sinners). All told, we will find a way to live together more serenely and more healthily.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BUTCHER’S MEAT
Humanity is not butcher’s meat. Every person has their own character, their own precious valency, their individual value, their karmic and supernatural role. Not even animals are butcher’s meat, let it be well understood. Who can guarantee that human sensitivities are not lodging in them? In any case animals just as they are and just as they appear to be, have great emotional sensitivity, and it is a civil, moral, ethical and legal duty of all people, from the first to the last, to actively work for their liberation and wellbeing.
My son Francesco threatened to denounce me to the Society for the Protection of Maltreated Animals the other day, with regard to a small Vietnamese wild pig, no bigger than a cat, called Gina. In a few days it had become the lord of our courtyard and our vegetable garden, the little friend of the family, a charlatan, always ready to make ridiculous, vertiginous circles around itself, ready to follow you anywhere, even to run behind the bicycle for kilometres through the fields.
A MINISCULE CATERPILLAR – WILD PIG, CALLED GINA
She weighs about 2 kilos but has the explosive force of a Caterpillar! I had just finished putting the whole vegetable garden in order, having accurately planted 300 red winter lettuces, before the rains arrive, and she literally turned the whole place up-side-down! A reinforced protection fence, many scoldings and much else besides, were completely useless! There’s absolutely nothing one can do!
After having redone the vegetable garden 3 times, and seen it simply destroyed the next day, I decided to transfer her to my fenced off area of forest below the house, where she could stay together with the little goats and the ducks, provoking criticism from my boys.
AN EXTREMELY SENSITIVE CREATURE
Maybe you knew that little pigs and wild pigs are sweet and friendly beings, but did you know that they’re also very thin-skinned? I discovered it. I went down to the forest 2 days later to take them a big bucket of apples, maize and potato and melon skins. The little goats greeted me in a party mood, rubbing themselves against me. However Gina separated herself from the group, and remained a few metres away without saying anything, not even a single grunt. The temporary end (I hope) to a honeymoon.
God knows what I will have to do to regain her lost affection.
These are the creatures we call “beasts”, and who we pretend are without sentiments, without personalities, and even without a “soul”!
AN ENDLESS AUSCHWITZ
Coming back to us, we have to say that Auschwitz has never been closed.
I don’t want to use these unspeakable human tragedies of the past for banal discursive purposes. But Auschwitz became the symbol of all the worst evils. Auschwitz unfortunately is not just behind the wires in Oswiecim in Poland. That is the historical place where things happened that should never have happened, and that no-one would ever have wanted to see or to know about.
Auschwitz, relatively speaking, is in our refrigerators, in our pantries, in the kind of perverse hunger and tastes that we allow to lodge within the folds of our stomachs and our minds.
WHAT IS ALL THIS IF NOT AUSCHWITZ?
Auschwitz starts when on the television they propose recipes based on figs with salami or ham, perhaps sprinkled ox blood cabernet.
Auschwitz is recreated when we go into a bar at any railway station and find a pile of a hundred sandwiches which are sweating the odour of death and cadaverin, with white bread made with lard, with deboned chicken thighs and mortadella (giant salami made from minced pork mixed with lard) and not even one whole wheat sandwich with cream of olives, salad and a slice of aubergine.
AFTERALL THEY ARE ONLY ANIMALS
We are again in Auschwitz when, with indifference and cynicism, we see an overcrowded truckload of cattle crying out and desperate, starved and thirsty, destined to the vampire-like voracity of biped corpse eaters. Auschwitz is re-activated when we pass by an abattoirs, a butcher’s shop, a shop selling hams salamis and cheeses, or prison-sheds filled with sentient, sensitive beings just like us, and we think, “Afterall they are only animals without feelings, without rights, without the need to give and receive affection”. Auschwitz consists of thickening our blood with the disgusting slops and the high-protein diets of medicine, and then of making the same blood fluid again with heparin derived from what oozes out of mashing up pig’s bowels.
THE REAL BUTCHERS ARE WE OURSELVES AND NOT THE BOYS IN THE ABATTOIRS
Do we consume meat, fish, eggs and dairy products?
Towards an occasional egg and a tiny bit of raw malga cheese one could even close an eye, if the living creature who gifts us this product is at least rewarded by respecting its right to live and die according to nature and not at the hand of an executioner. But as this rarely happens, it is better to reconsider it.
The protein sin, though not venial, is certainly mortal, it is doing harm others, as well as to ourselves. When we make choices of this kind, we ourselves are the true butchers and the real satraps, not the boys in the butchers with their big knives which smoke and drip with oil and blood.
Butchers exist because of us. The tuna fishermen, the dolphin and whale hunters exist as a function of our everyday choices.
EVEN BUTCHERS HAVE A BEATING HEART
My dear friend, Beppino di Branco, who was a butcher more by paternal tradition than by choice, confessed to me with extreme clarity, a few months before passing on to a better life, “Valdo, you are not wrong to defend animals. However you know that I’m a victim of the system”. “I am to blame, I have my defects, my weaknesses, and I don’t hide them. I wasn’t able to find an alternative path, and I didn’t have the courage to go against the family business!”
COOKING MANIA IN THE SITES OF TITO LUCRETIUS
Therefore, veganism without any doubt and any hesitation.
Science and experience however show us that to be really healthy, not even this is enough.
Humanity’s gigantic error, after protein mania, is cooking mania!
Even the antique Romans knew about it.
The greatest roman poet after Virgil, Tito Lucretius (99-55 B.C) a hundred years before Christ, pointed to cooked food as the cause of the progressive weakening of the human race, and the cause of shortening life itself. And he said it when Rome was living through its 600 years of maximum political splendour and its complete eviction of the medical art, and when raw cabbage was considered the symbol of health in the Eternal City. He said it, please note, when there were no gas stoves and electric plates and ovens or microwaves in Roman habitations. When there was nothing like the supermarkets of today piled high with concentrated, irradiated, synthesized, pre-cooked, pasteurized, frozen, salted and sweetened foods.
THE ACUTE OBSERVATIONS OF HORACE
It was not that Rome also lacked grotesque exhibitions of bad taste, as was revealed by Quinto Flacco,
Also called Horace (65-5 AD) a serene, smiling and indulgent observer of human weaknesses, about which he ironized more than a little. If on the one hand the legionaries maintained Spartan traditions, keeping to fruit and vegetables and to roasted barley and spelt, there were no lack of gluttons, the bored and idle rich who searched for stimulation in strange, sophisticated foods, in “assum” (roast) and in “elixum” (boiled), in “pullus” (chicken), in “haedus” (goat), in “pavo” (peacock) more than in the common hen, in “aper” (wild pig) more than in the common swine, in oysters and in turbot more than in the common sardine.
ROMAN GOURMETS WHO VOMITED EASILY
There were the banquets of the Roman gourmets, those who didn’t disdain fish and fowl, with white goose liver, and figs to sweeten the disgusting stuff, sliced and stuffed cranes with salt and spelt to mask its taste of death and its nutritional poverty. Unsatisfied people who then found themselves in the grip of “vomiting”, with terrible gastritis and the inevitable constipation, in spite of the abundant carafes of wine which circulated on the tables. People who all in all represented moral slackness and degeneration, the anticipatory signs of the ethical and material disintegration of the empire.
HORACÈS SIMPLE AND SOBRE DIET
Horace, on the contrary, mindful of his militancy in the files of Bruto’s soldiers, maintained a diet based on simple foods, tendentially raw, healthy, unprocessed and unelaborated.
A diet which included apples, “pensilis uve” (raisins), dates and figs, lettuce and chicory, radishes and leeks, cabbages and horseradish, delicate mallow and many olives. At the end of the meal his desert was often represented by bramble, or other kinds of, berries. When Horace was really hungry, delicious bread with salt calmed the barking of his stomach. Boiled broad beans served the same purpose, as did legume soups, which he sometimes appreciated. In short, food was needed to enjoy oneself and to stay healthy, and certainly not to gorge oneself with and to suffer infernal afflictions.
STOICISM SHOULD NOT BORDER ON MORTIFICATION
Horace was not an extremist but simply a sage, equal to the hygienist emperor Marc Aurelio Antony (121-180 AD) admirer of Seneca and of Epithet (a stoic philosopher who lived in Rome till 94 AD when Dominiziano hunted the philosophers out of the capital). This Mark Aurelio whose writing remain even today amongst the most studied in that American culture which trying, not without some obsessions, to find original points of reference and the origins of their own anxieties and their own moral uncertainties. Stoicism represented, together with epicurism, the supreme force of Roman paganism towards an ideal of nobility and moral integrity, towards impassibility and the dominion of oneself, towards the heroic disdain of pain and adversity. Horatio however was ironic about a certain Avidieno, notoriously stingy and tight-fisted, who fed himself only with old olives and wild berries. Sobriety and stoicism are one thing, but masochism, affliction, punishment and mortification of the flesh do not in any way enter into the recommended practices.
VITAMIN AND MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS ARE PSEUDO FOODS, DIETARY VIAGRA
Coming back to our present time, the rulers are the cooks who are transformers, stirrers and
destroyers of living substances, the emperors of cooking mania. Cooking mania also includes
supplement mania, or the lethal tendency to correct synthetically our own deficiencies, ignoring the fact
that synthetic vitamins and minerals are not foods at all, but drugs, real and true alimentary Viagra,
doping pharmaceuticals that create dependence.

I don’t think it is amusing for anyone to maltreat and wound a creature who looks you straight in the eyes, who sees you, and trembling and fearful questions your real intentions, asks you why you are slitting its throat, why you are committing a hateful crime that screams for vendetta before God, and even before the devil.
THE HORROR OF THE BLOOD AND THE PROTEIN WHICH DON’T MAKE PROTEIN
But we also go beyond the ethical aspect. Veganism is good for both the body and the mind! Anyway the creator has made things in a perfect and harmonious way. He cannot be suspected of incoherence, imprecision and contradiction. He has given us a vegan mind that is horrified by blood, and he has given us a vegan, anti-protein body, because protein doesn’t make protein.
THE BODY HATES READY-MADE FOOD, BUT LOVES FOOD IT HAS TO TRANSFORM
The creator gave us a vegan, anti-milk body, because milk doesn’t produce milk.
A vegan anti-meat body, because meat doesn’t make meat.
A vegan anti-blood body, because blood doesn’t make blood.
A vegan anti-water body because water doesn’t make water, rather it becomes trapped inside the body. Try and drink a glass of it. You will find that 1 glass goes in, but only a ¼ of a glass comes out.
A confirmation that, the more one’s diet is loaded with water, the more one needs diuretic fruit and raw vegetables. The body doesn’t work by dissection and substitution as happens with lego, but by the transformation and elaboration of substances. So, no pre-confectioned bricks but integral substances which are easy to assimilate and to expel.
A BODY EFFUSIVELY VEGAN, CAN’T BE FED WITH ANIMAL PROTEIN
The creator gave us a vegan body with an assimilative small intestine not short, stumpy and smooth (for the rapid digestion and expulsion of putrefactive material like meat) as is found in carnivores, but 9 metres long, with many spongy elbows, bends, descents and ascents, with peristaltic waves adapted to move the fibrous vegetal food along. Not by chance, abusive and incompatible meals of meat drift around and block up the intestine for 40 hours or more.
He gave us a body with a stomach not loaded with hydrochloric acid like that of carnivores (who have 20 x more acid than us bipeds) and therefore not adapted to breaking up the shell of animal protein and transforming it into amino acids. He gave us a body devoid of the enzyme uricasi, and thus quite different from carnivores which have it galore, and every kilo of meat and fish has 28 grams of uric acid that we are not able to break down. He gave us alkaline blood with an unalterable pH of 7.30-7.50. Blood which becomes mortally acidified if we go over just 20-30 grams of total protein in a day (a quota that every raw food vegan reaches with complete nonchalance and even with their eyes closed).
THE CURSE OF A COLON WHICH RELEASES PUTRFACTIVE MIASMAS
He gave us a colon not adapted to the putrefactive anaerobic and dysbiotic coli-bacteria of meat, fish and of eggs, but a colon adapted to aerobic, symbiotic bacteria.
And let us remember that it is precisely this dysbiosis that causes the fatal putrefactive miasmas that rise up internally in the organism, provoking all the diseases of the body and the psyche; creating cerebral blockages as well as serious visual, auditory and nasal disturbances.

However we will go into some depth regarding the game of symbiosis-dysbiosis which has fundamental importance. The most serious effect of high protein food based, not on innocent vegetable protein, but on criminal animal protein, is intestinal dysbiosis. Dysbiosis means the subversion of the human intestinal flora which is a type of vegetable-derived saprophytic flora, and not a type of animal derived putrefactive flora. The saprophytic bacterial flora is responsible for the fundamental processes of assimilation of nutritive (natural vitamin) substances contained in vegetable foods such as fruit, vegetables, tubers, cereals, seeds and legumes.
THE GAME BETWEEN HEALTH AND DISEASE IS PLAYED TOTALLY IN THE INTESTINE
The human intestine has a volume of about 6 litres, and an enormous surface of 400-600 square metres (2 tennis courts) with 150 lymph-nodal stations between the throat and the anus, extremely important garrisons of lymphocytes or white blood cells that maintain the immune defences close to what can be considered the most delicate, critical and dangerous area of the body, the area inside the intestine.
It is precisely on this enormous surface, that includes 4.5 million villi formed like a multi-paged little book, that the vital game is played out. It is exactly this area that makes the difference between a state of health and a state of disease.
GIUSEPPE NACCI, A TRANSPARENT DOCTOR, OBVIOUSLY STRUCK OFF THE LIST
The faecal mass in a vegan subject consists of 20-40% good germs, symbiotic or saprophytic entero-bacteria, belonging to 500 different species ((Bifidobacterium, Citrobacter, Edwardsiella, Eschericia-coli, Enterobacter, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, ecc). We are speaking of aerobic germs that need oxygen to live. They create a symbiosis between the human body and the germs themselves. That kind of symbiosis which permits man to have a good assimilative equilibrium of vitamins. That symbiosis which, at the same time, insures the bacteria themselves have an ideal oxygenated habitat, for their own proliferation, as described by Dr. Giuseppe Nacci, in his excellent book “Become your own doctor”.
These good bacteria are not damaged by vegan food, even if it is spicy fruit and vegetables very rich in germicidal, fungicidal and anti-parasitic substances (such as allicin contained in common garlic, ramson or wild garlic, leeks and onions).
UNCONTROLLED PROLIFERATION OF HARMUL GERMS
The faecal mass in the initial upper part of the intestine, contains about 1 million germs for every gram of excrement. Slowly, slowly as it descends along the intestinal tube, the percentage of symbiotic or saprophytic germs increases reaching a value of 10 million “good” germs per gram of faeces.
But in the final part of the intestine, the colon, there starts the formation of colonies of germs completely different from the “good” ones. They are the anaerobic germs of putrefaction, which are capable of surviving even in the absence of oxygen (Bacteroides, Peptostreptococchi, etc). The quantity of these “bad” germs increase out of all proportion, reaching values of 1 – 100 billion per gram of faecal mass.
MORE THAN GOOD AND BAD GERMS, EXIST GOOD AND BAD DIETS
These “bad” germs ought to be confined only to the last part of the intestine, but wrong diets, rich in animal proteins and synthetic sugar, tend to allow them to go up into prohibited areas. Typical is the case of the helicobacter pilori, which nevertheless is omnipresent in gastric stomach ulcers.
Obviously terms like “good and bad” should be taken with a pinch of salt. In reality more than talking about good and bad germs, it is appropriate to talk about good and bad diets, where the good diet generates suitable bacteria, and the bad diet produces harmful germs.
So what we need are not vaccination and antibiotic policies, but only suitable food choices.
CASEIN, MICO-TOXINS, CANDIDA AND INTESTINAL PARASITES
The number one accused for all the ills of mankind, remains milk casein and all its derivatives, because it provokes an enormous reduction of the quantity of oxygen present in the intestinal tract, because of its capacity to glue the intestinal villis one to each other, reducing the assimilative surface (which is normally equal to 2 tennis courts) to that of a small broom cupboard of only a few square metres.
Anaerobic germs cause a mountain of problems. In particular they take away space from the saprophytes, and open the road to funguses, to micro-toxins, to candida and to intestinal worms.

So called “auto-immune” diseases have as a constant factor in their origin and development, the presence of worms in the intestine.
THE PRESENCE OF WORMS IN ALL THE AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES
Amongst the auto-immune diseases which medicine can’t do anything for except administer desperate and useless cortisones, there is MS or multiple sclerosis, wild fluctuations of the thyroid (Flajani-Graves-Basedow hyperthyroidism, and Hashimoto hypothyroidism), SEL or systemic erythematous lupus, connectivits, sarcoidosis, celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, recto-colitis, diabetes 1, Sjogren’s disease (of the salivary glands), uveitis, spondylo-arthritis, rheumatoid polyarthritis and many others besides, often defined as idiopathic, lantanuric, cryptogenic and iatrogenous (caused by doctors and medicine).
So, putrefactive germs open up the way to funguses and parasites, provoking a collapse of the immune defences. Healing therefore means fighting lymphatic laziness, constipation, high density of the blood, intestinal dysbiosis and the consequences of the presence of parasites.
This explains the formidable superiority of tendentially raw food veganism over all the medical and non-medical nonsense in circulation.
LOSS OF IMPERMEABILITY OF THE CELLULAR MEMBRANES AND THE IMPORTANCE OF COLD PRESSED VEGETABLE OILS
Toxic penetration is also made possible by the altered permeability of the intestinal wall to putrefactive toxins caused by a chronic lack of vitamin F. As indicated several decades ago by Katherine Kousmine, “the normal impermeability of tissues is lost, immune defences are bowled over and the immune equilibrium is broken”.
Only vitamin F, or cis-cis linoleic acid typical of cold pressed vegetable oils assure the correct impermeability of the cellular membranes that line the intestine and constitute the prime material from which the body synthesizes the prostaglandin anti.inflammatories, PGE1, specific to almonds, walnuts and pine nuts.
THE LETHAL ROLE OF SATURATED FATS FROM MEAT
On the contrary when saturated fatty acids take the place of vitamin F, they alter the cellular membrane very seriously. This determines grave forms of permeability to diverse negative substances such as excess glucose (with the appearance of type 2 diabetes) and such as the apoptotic substances antithetical to vitamin C, and therefore potentially carcinogenic.
THE FALSE PROBLEM OF ESSENTIAL AMINOACIDS
The various proteins generate about 20 aminoacids, of which 9 are called essential because they are not easily synthesized by the body (according to the vision of doctors).
We are talking about valine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine and phenylalanine, histidine and arginine.
However it is not true that fruit and raw vegetables lack the essential amino acids. They exist in that minimum absorbable quantity that nature has wisely reserved for the human body. And if we then associate some legumes with a plate of cereals (such as millet, buckwheat, quinoa and dark rice which are even alkaline), we are able to give our bodies the entire protein spectrum, given that cereals are lacking in lysine but rich in methionine, while legumes are lacking in methionine but rich in lysine.
UNIVERSITIES CONTINUE TO DISINFORM AND CONFUSE
It is important to avoid GM foods, especially legumes, in as much as GM legumes contain all the aminoacids and so can become dangerous as they go beyond the protein ceiling.
Even in universities they continue to teach that the daily protein requirement of an adult weighing 70 kg, is 60 grams/day (the FDA now speaks of 75 grams, even after the embarrassing crazy numbers of bygone years) when in reality the safe protein dose is much lower, and hovers around 10-20 grams of protein per day and maybe even less, (while the WHO and many other medical authorities have for now officialised 24 or a maximum of 30 grams/day, an amount easily obtainable with any vegan raw-food diet).
AMMONIACAL TAMPONS AND MINERAL TAMPONS AGAINST ACIDIFICATION
When we take in too much protein, not only is digestive leucocytosis unleashed, but even the directive apparatus is forced to mobilize mineral tampons to contrast the acid pH of the food.
One of the most efficient systems is that of the ammonia tampon, which sees the kidneys start to produce ammonia which is an alkaline substance.
If urination is painful and smells of ammonia, it means that the urine is eliminating acidity, and we suggest you contrast it by drinking fresh orange or blueberry juice.
WHEN KIDNEYS PRODUCE AMMONIA, YOU ARE ON THE HIGH ROAD TO DIALYSIS

All this long discourse has been synthesized on a practical level in my tendentially raw-food vegan nutritional scheme which consists of only 2 pages, and which even takes into consideration the vitality of the food, or the vibrational level that recharges our batteries, avoiding that our bodily vibration falls below the crucial level of 6,500 Angstroms. Lower values mean in fact emanating the sickening grey aura of vampire black-hole absorbers of others’ energy.
It is a scheme that each person can use and personalize in an appropriate manner.
LET’S LEARN TO USE THE BRAKE AND THE ACCELERATOR
And yet people continue to ask me, how much of this, and how much of that. They continue counting grams and ounces and kilograms, ignoring that everybody is basically equal, but also different in small but decisive details.
In every car there is a fuel tank, an accelerator, a brake, and an emergency hand brake. We too are endowed with the same things. Therefore let’s learn to use the bodily car that we have, and listen to the accelerator of appetite, and the brake of satiety.
AS FAR AS CHILDREN ARE CONCERNED THINGS DON’T CHANGE MUCH
This is for adults. For children the story doesn’t change much. The child isn’t a martian or an alien, but only a small person who has to grow well and in the best possible way. Growing well does not at all mean growing in a hurry, as is taught by the awful, demential paediatricians in the world. Each one has his or her own time and way of developing, and there is no growth table valid for all. Forcing little ones to grow with high protein substances after weaning, is simply the most dreadful way of betraying them.
OUR DUTY IS TO PREPARE OURSELVES IN A RESPONSIBLE WAY
The future mother who looks after herself and cares for herself, must also think about the welfare of the child in the incubator, and this means adopting a life-style particularly virtuous and responsible, avoiding the use of cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, pharmaceuticals, vaccines and all other doping substances. She should also avoid stress, insomnia, closed spaces and polluted and irradiated places.
During the pregnancy the future mother must opt for normal food, as vegan raw food, rich in all kinds of fruit, sprouts, vegetables, tubers, cereals and nuts and seeds.
THE FUNDAMENTAL IMPORTANCE OF BREAST FEEDING
The mother will breast feed at intervals of about 3 hours between 1 feed and another, and preferably will accustom the child to sleeping throughout the night. After 6 months it is possible to insert sweet freshly squeezed orange juice between the breast feedings at mid-morning, and another type of sweet fresh juice (such as apple or pear) in the mid-afternoon.
One must remember that human milk contains only 1 – 1.5% of protein, exactly equivalent to that of fruit in general. After 1 year one can suspend the breast feeding in the evening, and introduce in its place a mashed banana, which makes the starch transform into sugar, and makes the banana more digestible. One can also introduce home-made almond milk whipped up with apple, dates, sultanas and dried figs.
A PROGRESSIVE AND VIRTUOUS WEANING WHERE WEANING MEANS A PROGRESSIVE DETACHMENT FROM MILK
At 15 months one can introduce some natural cooked starch for lunch (potato, pumpkin, cabbage, beans) preceded by a cream made of raw vegetables (cucumber, carrot, fennel, tomato and courgette).
After 2 years it is possible to interrupt the breast feeding and introduce a new scheme based on acidic fruit for breakfast, banana at mid-morning, and cereals without gluten for lunch (millet, rice, buckwheat, quinoa and maize) preceded by raw vegetables with avocado, a snack such as a pear or an apple at mid- afternoon, and pureed almonds for dinner. Porridges made from chestnut, carob or cassava flour (or tapioca) with pistachios are always enjoyed. Cream of oats with cereal milk, and reinforced with ground up sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and linseeds, can be introduced progressively into the diet of the growing child.
NO COMPROMISES WITH VACCINATIONS
The important thing is that the child can count on the good example of the parents. Mummy and daddy have to demonstrate to the child that they genuinely enjoy the vegan food that they eat, and that from it they obtain excellent results.
Then it is fundamental that children are saved from all the vaccinations. No type of risk exists for un-vaccinated children, so much so that rather they are always healthier and more bright-eyed than vaccinated ones. Aluminium and mercury are ultra-dangerous metals which are always present in vaccines. Would we perhaps allow our children to sleep on a matrass made of asbestos? Would we allow them to play in a garden contaminated with plutonium? Introducing poisonous substances into their little bodies, is not an error, it is a crime.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO FORCE AND ANTICIPATE GROWTH
I have 2 boys, one is 15 and the other is 22. I was subjected to indescribable pressure, official registered letters with guaranteed delivery, and written threats and accusations of committing an offence on the part of the health authorities. I feel proud as a parent for having resisted the arrogance of the health authorities.
They have never ever been vaccinated. They were amongst the smallest in their respective classes in elementary school. I possess clear photographic evidence. The teachers themselves can confirm that today Francesco, the oldest, is taller than me. And William is following him – a confirmation that one should never force growth in children.
CAN CHILDREN FOLLOW A VEGETARIAN DIET?
“Absolutely yes. Many studies demonstrate that little ones who follow a vegetarian menu have developed regularly and fallen ill less often even in play-school because they have better immune defences. Their intelligence quota is equal or superior to that of their omnivorous peers.”
If this had been said by me, it wouldn’t even raise an eyebrow. But if it is affirmed in an authoritative and peremptory way by the ex-minister for Health Umberto Veronesi in his book “Towards the vegetarian choice”, and also in an interview given a short time ago to the magazine “Oggi” every residual perplexity, every hesitation and every scepticism is destined to disappear like the snow beneath the sun.
