LETTER FROM CANADA
VEGETARIAN MOTHER WITH A PROBLEM OF VARICOSE VEINS AND HEMORRHOIDS
My name is Seema. I am 35 years old. I weigh only 95 lbs. I’m a vegetarian. I am married with a 1.5 year old daughter. And I have varicose veins and hemorrhoids. The varicose veins are starting to become a little painful. I’m worried that some day I’ll have trouble doing the things I enjoy and or I am at risk of a blood clot.
POSSIBLE REMEDIES FROM A DIET?
I’m looking for help. I live in Toronto, Canada. My first question. Can I cure myself through my diet? And second, do you offer help from afar? I really hope to hear from you soon. Regards.
PROMPT INSTRUCTIONS AND POSSIBLE MEETING IN TORONTO
Dear Seema, for sure you can solve your problems through appropriate diet. Actually there are no other ways to recover, apart from that one. Regarding my help I can answer your questions or I can even meet you in Canada if you can arrange for me a series of meetings in your own city, where all expenses should be fairly covered. In the meanwhile I try to give you all the information necessary to start on your own a strategy for a prompt recovery.
Varicous veins means pain and swelling. It may occur in any part of the body, but it is most often seen in the large veins of the legs. Contributory factors to dilated veins are 1) Poor diet, 2) Poor circulation due to sticky and greasy blood, 3) Sluggish liver. In order to help normalize veins, natural vitamins E, C, K, D, Inositol or Biotin and Choline (vitamines B7-B8) are all advised. A vital and vibrant diet, based mainly on raw vegetables and fruits is the best and the only solution for a safe and stable remedy. The best foods are the ones classified over the critic level of 6500 Angstrom on the Simoneton Scale. No synthetic vitamin and no mineral integrators are approved. Scurvy, just an example, is never solved by synthetic vitamine C pills, while it disappears with citrus fruits. Another reason is that all these supplements act as drugs and cause heavy side-effects on the long term.
WHERE TO FIND ALL THESE NATURAL VITAMINS
The list of fitonutrients and bioflavonoids is very consistent. Vitamine E is found in wheta germ, cereals, nuts, legumes sprouts, all sort of green leaves. Vitamine C is available in cherries, strawberries, guava, rosehip fruits, all wild berries, goji, broccoli, watercress, persimmon, citrus fruits, pomegranate. Vitamine K is present il all green leaves, while vitamine D in sunlight, cereals, sprouts, vitamine A in dandelion, dock, carrot. Biotin or Inositol in wheat germ, citrus fruits, nuts, melons, mushrooms, legumes, spinach. Choline in spinach, cabbage, wheat germ, nuts, fruits, potatoes.
CLEAN BOWEL, EFFICIENT CIRCULATION AND HEALTHY LIVER
To clear up symptoms you need to keep your bowels clean. Nothing better than cabbage, carrots, radishes, dandelion, blueberries, artichokes, papaia. To aid circulation and tone up your system, massage therapy can be of good help. A variety of herbs is available for improving the condition of your liver, of your gall bladder and the varicosities. Among them fennel, plantain, carrot, poke root, sage, garlic, grape and fresh grape-juice, carrot-celery-pineapple fresh juice.
Enlarged and swollen veins of the anal canal are referred to as hemorrhoids or piles. While the permanent dilatation of veins is called varicose veins, the hemorrhois are also varicose veins but related in particular to the veins ending to the terminal part of rectum and anus. Hemorrhoids are mainly caused by difficult digestions and consequent constipation. Natural remedies to a constipation or stipsi condition, and to an hemorrhoidal condition, are blueberries, tomatoes, dandelion, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, figs, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, papaia, peaches, persimmons, chestnuts. No surgical operation is recommended as lancet does not solve the faulty condition of a sticky blood.
HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR DIET
I order to better organize your diet on daily basis, you should respect the circadian cycles, divided in cleaning cycle from 4 am to 12, appropriation cycle from 12 to 8 pm and absorption cycle from 8 pm to 4 am. In other words fruits an fruit juices are to be placed in the morning, plus a light fruit meal in the late afternoon. For your lunch at 1 pm your start can be with a rich plate of green salad (chicory or lattuce or valerian, with radish, or cabbage, or carrots), followed by potatoes and legumes, or even by a plate of pasta or cereals with vegetables, or a vegetable soup. Same thing for dinner with change in the ingredients. Basically you should adopt a vegetarian or a vegan system based on crudities for 70-80% of the total food. A custom and sustainable system able to satisfy your personal necessities and feeling and taste. Being mother of a little creature and maybe still breasting, you should pay attention to your caloric balance, including avocado, sprouts, potatoes (non irradiated ones), Bruxelles cabbage, pumpkin, chestnuts, nuts, pine-nuts, pop-corn.
